I love Diamond Strong fitness!
I have been going to Diamond Strong for just about two years now, and the environment is exactly what I needed.
I go to Lacey‘s classes, and they are amazing.
I feel supported and encouraged!
I have grown not only in strength, but confidence!
I can’t wait to see where I am in another two years!

Amazing gym for east Coast travelers who don't want to adjust their sleep schedules. The 24 hour access is wonderful, and the gym is incredibly well equipped for weightlifting. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

I have become a believer in this wonder therapy, called Cryotherapy, pulled muscles and bruising vanishes after only a few sessions. The machine that this gym has is amazing, even faster than I expected. I can't be anymore pumped for such a quick recovery after a pulled quad.

A family member of mine has been doing cryotherapy for about a month and it has been LIFE CHANGING! He is currently undergoing treatments for cancer and experiences pain and swelling in hands, legs, feet. He started cryotherapy at Diamond Strong after I reached out to Lacey and asked her advice. She has been so helpful and it has DRAMATICALLY reduced his daily swelling and pain. He drives 40+ minutes away every day to use the cryotherapy machine. The staff is so knowledgeable and very nice every time he goes in. Thank you Diamond Strong for opening cryotherapy up to non gym members also. 🖤

I have been a member for over 5 years. The facility is very clean, they’re always updating and adding the newest equipment, and the owner/staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Can’t wait until they can open again after the pandemic!

We are members of this gym and I am so disappointed with how they have handled Covid-19 shut downs. Dimond Strong continues to charge members the full monthly fee while the gym remains closed. Offering online workout plans is not what I signed up for. Holding your members to a contract during these times of financial hardships is disgraceful.
