This is a great gym and a fantastic workout! The instructors are very friendly and welcoming and they do a great job of getting new people acquainted with the workout so it’s not intimidating to start. Love it!

Love this place! You alternate between boxing and core or conditioning exercises every 30 seconds so just when you think you can't do anymore you switch it up. Though the instructions are on video screens, the trainers come around to help coach you on form. Such a great workout. I burn about 500 calories every time!

As an active person who doesn't traditionally like gyms or working out I can't believe how much I enjoy Dozen. The pattern is that there are 30 second mini-periods of a series of punches or a exercise (squats, push-ups, TRX, etc) and those are mixed up and keeps it always interesting.

I have to say that as someone with little interest in boxing, punching a dummy is *fun* and a shockingly good exercise. As I've gotten better and engaged my body more (thanks to good instructors!) the punches have become much more of a full body exercise themselves.

Overall I really like the concept and am excited for my next workout - something I've never said before in my life.
