Welcome to ELO Athletics, your local Carmichael boxing gym! Whether you're new to boxing or looking to sharpen your skills, we offer group classes designed for anyone wanting to get in shape through boxing. Our workouts combine boxing fundamentals with full body High intensity interval training , helping you build strength, improve endurance, and boost your confidence all while learning self defense and the art of boxing.
For kids, we offer youth classes where they can learn the sport, stay active, and even compete through USA Boxing if they’re ready for the next level. Our welcoming atmosphere is here to help you get fit, stay motivated, and achieve your goals.

I can't say enough good things about Coach Erick! He's seriously one of the best boxing trainers I've come across. The guy has endless patience and never makes you feel rushed when learning new techniques. What I really love is how he breaks everything down step by step - perfect for beginners like me.
His gym is super clean and you can tell he's always working on making it better. But the best part? He treats everyone like they're a future champion, doesn't matter if you're just starting out or been boxing for years. He's got this way of pushing you while staying totally respectful and encouraging.
Found a real gem with this coach. If you're thinking about getting into boxing, definitely check him out. Worth every penny! 👊
