Very pleasantly surprised at the variety of machines and equipment that is offered here. All of the machines worked well, a few could use some padding TLC. The warm up/yoga room was well stocked with weights and mats. The weight room had a wide variety of free weights and plenty of bench space. Bathrooms had lockers (bring your own lock) and were clean and spacious. Definitely worth the $5 day pass fee (yes, that says $5!)

The weight machines are good and well maintained.
However parts of the facility appears rundown and not maintained at all. The hot tube has been out of order for months. The pool has been out of order for a couple of years.
Years ago the pool was an exciting and popular swimming spot all year around. There was a bubble over the pool in the winter and it was a lot of fun and great exercise.
Exercise for a wide variety of people, different ages and abilities, young people in college, working people and retired people needs to be promoted. Exercise is critical for our physical and mental health. Swimming classes and competitions needs to be offered and made exciting.
Please bring back the pool and improve it for the people of Quincy!

Came here for a shower and hot tub soak on a day pass after doing the Buck's Lake Loop around from where the PCT crosses Buck's Lake Rd, to Spanish Peak, down the Right Branch to the Lake, then back to the car along the lake and alongside Whitehorse Campground. I'm glad I came! Much needed hot tub time after so much strain on my muscles. The shower has sorta random temperatures here and there which is why I'm giving it only 4 stars. Only $5 for the pass though, so it's still pretty nice.

Equipment is older and the hours limited, but the people are super friendly and they do their best given the budgets and constraints of a small town. Day pass was around $5 and I was able to keep my lifting schedule.

Should probably update accurate operating hours or post them on the door.

Well it's the only gym in the area. The inside is cold and sometimes the showers are cold. But it has all the essentials. Plus a sauna, an indoor hot tub, and a pool that is open in the summertime. It's operated by the college so students get discounted rates, but it's pretty cheap anyway. I wish they would expand their hours on the weekends though.
