Went there today been to a few gyms and this one has a lot of bags and coaches you can go workout from 8am to 8pm it’s a really nice gym they got a tv showing boxing fights it is a real nice gym I’m older so I need something to fit my schedule from my understanding it’s a open gym all day although they do offer classes

FIS is a great home for anyone looking to learn the art of boxing. It is family friendly and has an amazing owner and set of coaches. I’ve known coach pepper for years and he is a person who genuinely cares about each of his students and also teaches them about life away from boxing. Pepper instills discipline, hard work, and good morals in each of his students. I fully recommend anyone looking for a great team.

F.I.S Boxing gym is the best place for boxing all ages children, men or women. Whether you’re looking to learn self defense, get in shape, compete on an amateur level, professional level or simply stay active. I highly recommend coming to this place it’s amazing! The owners and staff are some of the coolest people you'll ever meet. They are very professional and just all around great people and mentors. The owners and trainers are very personable and attentive. It's a great environment to be a part of. They are very passionate/devoted and enjoy what they do and it shows. This place is family oriented and involved in so many city events, they’re always donating and participating in giving back to the community and always strive to make a positive impact and difference. This gym DOES NOT CONDONE ANY TYPE OF BULLYING whether verbal or physical. The trainers are actively involved in teaching them skills, discipline, responsibility while providing mentorship and guidance to reach everyone’s unique goals. It is our responsibility as parent’s to properly educate our kids. I love this gym! The environment is always very welcoming. The facility is well laid out, spacious and very clean it’s the perfect place for training.

Great gym!! Excellent personal. They have great coaches come on in and check it out. From the ownership, to management, to the trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff. My son has being in this gym and we are very happy with what he has learned and trained not just physically but mentally. We feel like family here we have met new people and we support each other as a big family. Really highly recommend you to stop by and join.❤️

IN RESPONSE TO “NESSA MARIE”

Per our conversation last week I would appreciate you stop degrading this business, a business you have not once stepped a foot in, you do not know the owners as myself and several parents know them and respect them for bringing to life a gym that respectes their boxers youth and adults, they are owners that never yell, curse or insult children with profanity as the old coach that used to be at this facility with his 50 years in boxing all he ever did was be little several children and adults. The coaches at F.I.S are professionals they teach the children discipline, respect and love for the sport with patience, and understanding that every child is different and they all learn at their own pace. The coaches here have won the heart of all the children and adults that attend here because they are treated as human beings and as a family. If we are going to talk about how the owner and the coaches teach the kids and welcome them please know that they have been by my children's side since the day there father passed away, so maybe if we want to talk about not teaching bullying, please start at home with your son bullying my child for his fathers passing. I know we will come to the bottom of this problem but harassing this business and there employees for something they have no business in is completely wrong, it's like me going to your sons coach and complaining how your son bullies mine who is younger than yours, it's wrong in every level. The owner from the boxing gym did what he had to do reach out to me as the mother and have me handle the problem, a problem they are not responsible for.

This gym is a amazing place to take your kids very safe environment. All the couches are very kind and treat everyone with respect. F.I.S Boxing DOES NOT show there kids to bully others its show them respect and discipline. Since my brother joined he has loved it and will always ask me when are we going to boxing. I love the he enjoys this dangerous but amazing sport. The office lady is a very kind women she is a very POLITE Person and helps you with anything. Overall it is a great gym and would highly recommend going for you and your kids. The owner loves this and will always find ways to make this gym a better and safer environment. 100% recommended
