I’m taking the Fit Body Forever program for seniors over the age of 59. The range in my group is 59-91 The program is tailored for our age group with two trainers prompting us from one activity to another making sure we are using the equipment properly… it’s almost like having a “private trainer” and the group is small. The gym is well equipped and clean. I’m very impressed.

This is my go-to community gym!its conveniently located with plenty of class times, so it’s easy to squeeze in a session between meetings even on a busy work day. I’ve been going since the start of the year and love how efficient the 30-minute, coach-led workouts are: fast, focused, and scalable for every fitness level.
The coaches make this place special. Robert’s classes are a standout—clear cues, great energy every time! On weekends, Regan’s HYROX classes are a blast and a legit challenge if you’re training for race day (or just want to mix things up).
What keeps me coming back is the community. It’s a true multi-age crowd and there’s always a friendly, familiar face in every class. Supportive vibes, clean space, and a great team! FBBC Westlake nails it. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience at boot camp this morning. It is fast paced but at the same time easy to follow. You don’t repeat exercises more than twice so it doesn’t get repetitive. It is a fast, full body workout. I was definitely out of breath at the end and it felt great! The instructor and owner were super friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!

10/10 Gym. The coaches here are absolutely amazing—they’re super friendly and really know their stuff. They push you to do your best while always being there to correct your form, which makes a huge difference in getting the most out of every workout.
What I love most is the vibe. Everyone is so welcoming, and it really feels like a supportive community. My friends and I coke workout together and we all motivate each other to keep going, no matter how tough the workout gets. Amazing experience! I was looking to jump-start my fitness routine and have specific goals in mind, but don’t have a lot of time! I found this to be exactly right! 30 mins HIIT—yes, please! Various challenges with all the things I typically do not want to do but they make it super interesting and results oriented! The space is laid out perfectly, with high ceilings, lots of ventilation and lots of parking! Coaches and staff are friendly and helpful. I was looking to get back in to workout classes after taking classes at F45 years ago, and I am so glad I found Fit Body. You can tell by how long some of the members have been working out there that this a real community. Each class is filled with a diverse group of people who are there for a good sweat and they support new comers each time we come back!
This marks my fourth week at FBBC. They have multiple options in the morning for classes, gym equipment I can use whenever and then two evening class options during the week. Each 30-45 min class starts with a warm up and then we end with stretches.
The owner, Anthony, is friendly and continues to encourage progress with my health and fitness journey. The coaches who have led my classes so far (Erin, Regan and Rob) are thoughtful and positive while they push us to give our best. They act like they love what they do!

This weekend, we tasted what a Hyrox competition is at Fitbody! It was amazing. What is Hyrox? It is a high-intensity fitness routine that combines running with various functional exercises. I loved the environment, organization, and support from the coaches who participated in the contest!

I started FBBC about a year ago to only do the 1week trial. One week has become 14 months, and I can’t get enough of their weekly energy. I call this place a second home and feel the support from every staff member there. They’re consistent. motivating. family. A new addition to the team has been Robert, and his energy is the kind I need after a long day at work. He brings a structured, fun, yet challenging 30 min bootcamp with great upbeat music. Originally joined on a group-on and from the first session, I was hooked. Intense but gratifying. Sessions are 30-45 minutes, and there are several class times each day to fit your busy schedule. Coaching and instruction is high quality.
Anthony and his team have built a community here, where all levels are welcomed and supported. No one needs to feel intimidated. There is something for both long time gym rats and novices, or whether you are in decent shape or just beginning your wellness journey.
You will be pushed hard here but the results will be worth it. They have built a sense of community amongst the coaches and all the students that keeps me coming back.
If you are considering a boot camp workout, definitely give FBBC in 1000 Oaks/Westlake Village a try.

Coach Jason is awesome with his Friday workouts! It’s nice to start out with a generous stretch before the “SURPRISE, this workout is going to kick your butt” workout! It’s Awesome!
Coach Michelle is magnificent with brining the energy and intensity. It’s not uncommon to walk away from her workouts thinking you’re all good to then needing a nap & waking up nice and sore. Love it!
Coach Nathaniel always brings the heat and creativity. It’s so fun to challenge myself and have a friendly competition with others. Oh and don’t forget the burpee during warmup! Fire!
Coach Anthony and his weekend workouts are not for the faint hearted. They are just what we need on a Saturday morning! But beyond his workouts whenever Coach Anthony comes in he always says “hi” and is extremely interested in the success of his clients. Makes one feel heard and seen! Just what is needed at a gym!
Finally, Coach Ryan has an incredible amount of knowledge with nutrition, it’s awesome to talk to him! Coach Morgan I know you’re going to be an amazing coach once you’re done with training & one day my hubs & I will make a Coach Erin and Coach Robert class.

Rob is my trainer here— and he’s the best. Rob does it all: weights, cardio, boxing, jokes… seriously I’m only getting started and already I feel great, Rob’s sessions are different each time. Love this gym! They have fast, fun, and effective early morning classes that are the best way to start my day. Michelle is like a living shot of espresso-she is so motivating and positive, it makes even the hardest parts of class fly by.
I lost 2.5% body fat in three weeks after joining (and trust me, I'm not a gym rat and my diet is on par with a college freshman, ha!) I feel stronger, fitter, and more confident. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to FBBC since the start of the year and have really noticed the results. The culture of weight loss here is so much healthier than I’ve done by myself in the past. The focus is on HIIT workouts, burning fat but also gaining muscle while eating lots of protein. So far I feel great and I have noticed a difference in my hobbies like mtn biking and skiing without having such a crazy calorie deficit. I had gone to physical therapy for my back and found that the physical therapist was not nearly as knowledgeable as Michelle. She helps me set reasonable goals and always has great tips and suggestions to keep me on track. I was having some on-going pain to my right deltoid area after my annual flu shot and was resistant to go to the doctor to have it checked out. She taught me some stretches to try with my promise that if they didn’t help, I’d see my doctor. They worked! She always seems to have the answers. She designes a work out that will help me progress towards my goals, while always keeping my limitations in mind to prevent injury. I feel truly blessed to work with Michelle. I often tell her I feel like she is keeping me alive longer <3

On August 2022, I cruised my new neighborhood after work longing for personal trainer. I immediately saw “FIT BODY” sign with the door open. I parked. Walked in. Looked around. High ceilings. Organized equipment. Clean ambience. Then I hear “HI!!”. One of the largest smiles I’ve seen in my life approaches me. He introduced himself as Anthony.
Anthony welcomed me with passion, tuned in on what I was needing and was shocked how I just walked in. He listened carefully and recommended Coach Michelle Buben.
In a few hours I received a text from Michelle Buben. We set a morning to meet at FIT BODY. Michelle and I talked about my goals, her coaching programs, and did a InBody Analysis.
Since August 2022, we train 3 days per week. My bloodwork results have improved dramatically. Michelle has coached me to gain more muscle mass, strength, endurance, energy, less body fat and a lot of laughter that heals. Michelle embraces an intuition that is magical. While she is beside me counting each rep, if she sees I am in discomfort she immediately stops me and rapidly changes the exercise to prevent injury. I have not been injured training with Michelle. If fact, I am more flexible, coordinated and stronger to prevent injury. She is constantly aware of every movement, placing her hands on the muscles I am engaging to focus directly on that specific muscle group. Her exercise programs change creatively and effectively which makes training incredibly fun and I am able to take on the daily grind playfully with passion.

From the moment you walk in - you will feel welcomed and cared for. You can come here every day and you will never get the same exercise routine. But you WILL get a complete full body workout no matter where you are in your fitness journey. This is not a place where you just follow a trainer and go home being unsure if you just swung your arms and legs around with no effect. FBBC will make you will feel and see the results in every part of your body. I mostly get to train with El and Sylvie and they are absolutely incredible. Throughout the whole session they go above and beyond helping and correcting you, and they make sure you are getting it right and challenge you when needed. This was especially important to me personally because I had no idea what I was doing when I started. Gerardo, Megan and Jason are also truly amazing and will make you sweat and get the most out of you! The owner Anthony teaches classes himself, and he will never let you get away with an incorrectly done rep and will push and cheer you forward with tough love. I’ve been a member at Fitbody Bootcamp (FBBC) for the past 6 months and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun and clean/safe gym with amazing trainers. The 30 minutes HIIT classes are challenging and fun and they helped kickstart my interest in health and fitness. The trainers and staff at FBBC are all super friendly and knowledgeable and work hard to provide a fun (and safe) environment.
If you’re interested in starting personal training (PT), I cannot recommend El enough. I met El during his boot camp classes (his were my favorite because they always kicked my butt). During El’s classes, I really valued the feedback he would give me about my form and what I was doing right and what I could improve. After class he would also answer any questions I had regarding supplements and nutrition. His enthusiasm and willingness to help me learn motivated my to finally sign up for PT.
Training with El has been an amazing experience. So many things finally clicked into place in my brain about how a specific exercise should feel and how it affects my body. I really enjoy the workouts El designs for me, especially because he explains how to use specific equipment at the gym that I was always too intimidated to try on my own. El also provided me with a meal plan to help me reach my specific health goals and it has helped me readjust my diet into a much healthier one, which I always struggled with.
El is so motivating and encouraging, he’s helped me accomplish so much that I never thought I could do before. Here are some benefits I’ve experienced from doing PT with El over the past 6 weeks:
* I’ve gained more muscle than I’ve ever had before
* I’ve become a more intuitive eater
* I no longer have intense sugar cravings
* I feel more confident that I know what I’m doing when I walk into a gym
* My posture has gotten so much better (I work in front of a computer all day)
* I sleep better at night
* I have a better mind-body connection during my workouts and find myself automatically fixing my form without having to think about it
* I found out that I can lift much heavier weights than I thought (and developed a new interest in weight lifting)
* I feel great after every workout!
El has given me so much knowledge and confidence in my fitness journey, as have the other trainers and staff members at FBBC. Even if you’re not interested in PT right now, I still highly recommend this gym. Going to this gym has helped keep me sane these past few months and I always feel better when I walk out of the gym than I did when I first walked in.

Best gym around. Highly recommend. I was a member of FBBC for 18 months prior to COVID. I loved the classes, the group/team atmosphere and the time the coaches spent helping us with our form. The results were immediate and I LOVED that the workouts are just 30 minutes. When COVID happened, I stopped going to FBBC. I allowed myself to get out of shape (quarantine 15). I reached out to Anthony and he shared what he was doing to keep people safe. He invited me to come see the new facility. When I arrived, i was amazed with the layout, especially the tent outside for the classes. Everyone does their workouts in their own area (boxed out). I felt safe and rejoined 6 weeks ago. The coaches are creative with the exercises. They limit the classes to 14 people to keep us socially distanced. I highly recommend you give FBBC a try.

I’ve been a member for 2 years now. The coaches are great and I love the variety that this type of exercise format allows. I attend classes 4-5 days a week, but over the last few months I noticed that I was having some knee and back pain that was starting to affect my workouts. Anthony suggested that I do an assessment with one of the personal trainers and that’s when I met Eloy “El” Baca. El quickly and expertly diagnosed all of my body mechanic issues, articulated numerous areas where my form/posture was incorrect and then quietly assured me that he could help with all of it. After only the first few sessions I could feel the difference in my muscles and posture and my workouts are much more productive again. The best thing about El is that not only can he demonstrate the exact correct form and movement for every exercise, he can also explain what is happening with each muscle group and what you should be feeling when you perform it so that you understand and retain on a mental level too. Personal training used to be on my “nice to do/have” list, but working with El has really convinced me that it is a proactive investment in my health and it’s nice to work with someone who has such a passion for what he does.

I’ve been a member with Thousand Oaks Fit Body Boot Camp for 4 years. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. I love the coaches, they are all great! Each one has different styles of coaching the classes, which makes each workout always very challenging and FUN! The best 30 minutes of my day!!! This review is way overdue! I have been working out at FBBC in Thousand Oaks with Anthony & his team for 14 months and I couldn't be happier! I am a regular at the 8:30 am morning classes and try for 3-5 times a week. Paris, Jason, Eloy & Anthony give tough and varied workouts each morning! I have also been taking personal training sessions with Anthony the last 3 months and am amazed at the results. As a runner, my two legs had never felt 'even' - the left always felt a bit less stable and weaker than the right. No more! I finally feel like I am in balance and my running and workouts have improved greatly. I cannot recommend Anthony or FBBC enough. I have been a member for over 3 years. I had been exercising for quite awhile before joining. After I joined and started going to sessions regularly I finally started to see a difference, being both stronger and more flexible. It was a perfect fit for me and still is.

I decided to start personal training with El at Thousand Oaks fit body and it was the best decision I’ve made! I have had dramatic results in just the last 6 weeks. I learned how to use muscles that I was using before! He really pushed me to my highest potential with encouragement. I recently did the 28 day challenge at Thousand Oaks Fit Body Boot Camp remotely from my home in North Carolina! We're in the middle of this pandemic, and this has been a game changer. Stopping in the middle of my day to do a 30 minute workout has really helped me physically, mentally, and emotionally. I have been a runner for years but in so many ways this simple but challenging thirty minutes is more well rounded! There is a different workout video every day and a real emphasis on positive mindset and plenty of really great recipes. I got frequent check-ins from three different trainers. And Anthony Parisi, the owner, his wife, and baby daughter all end up in some of his workouts. He speaks of his clients like family and he really makes you feel that you are.

I really enjoy the workouts at TO Fit Body Boot Camp. They are fun and at only 30 minutes it is hard to argue that you don’t have the time for them. At first I was skeptical about what could be done in so short a time, however I was surprised at how intense the workouts could truly be. My recommendation to get the full benefits of their HIIT styled workouts is to really push yourself. Grab the weight that pushes you to your limit and keep your heart rate up with a good warm up and movement between reps. The workouts are what you make them to be. There is also access to their gym during business hours. If you can’t make a workout because it doesn’t work with your schedule (which happens to be an issue for me sometimes) you can simply workout in the gym section. So, Fit Body Boot Camp is a training gym and base gym all in one! I recommend it to anyone looking for motivation, a supportive environment, and quick already set workouts.

If you are new to working out, they are attentive to your techniques so that you don't get injured. They demonstrate modifications if the exercises are too difficult. Overall, I enjoy my time here. That's why I have been here for a year and a half.

I walked into this place on a Groupon and couldn’t be happier! Anthony and the entire staff make every effort to get to know you make you feel welcome! This is an amazing gym with fun, challenging workouts that differ constantly. Everyone is always cheering you on and that makes all the difference when you are ready to quit! My wedding is in 4 months and I’m confident I’m going to be stronger and fitter! They focus on strength rather than weight loss and I love it! Even did a full assessment to see where I was at and I’m so glad I did!

I love this gym, great workout. I am relatively fit, but this is very challenging for a 30minute all-out workout. Anthony, the owner, is an amazing enthusiastic human that is always giving back to the community. A+++ 5 stars all the way. Also, if I'm feeling weak i still go because i can go at my own pace. I set goals and reached them . I lost weight, lowered my cholesterol and my bmi. Exercising is not my favorite thing but going to Boot Camp is fun, I've met nice people. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. It's like having a private trainer.

I have been going to TO Fit Body Boot Camp for over a year now and I still love it! Each work out is challenging and dynamic. The trainers are great, always coming up with different routines. I always feel motivated by them to keep pushing myself each time I go. It is only 30 minutes but it kicks you butt in the best way possible!
If you aren't into working out solo figuring out all those crazy gym machines, give this place a shot, you won't be disappointed!

I recently started working out at TO Boot Camp after being out of the gym for way too long. I was super intimidated to get going again being 50+ and wanting to lose 20+ pounds. However, I took a leap of faith and took advantage of a 3 week boot camp offer. Soooooo glad I did!!! I was greeted by friendly faces that were welcoming and encouraging rather than judge mental. I completed my first 30 minute workout and felt pretty tired, but also very proud that I completed the class. More encouragement came in the form of high fives and praise from not only the instructor, but other participants. The people range in ability from beginner to training for a marathon, young and older, and thin and not so thin. The gym is always clean, parking is easy, convenient from the freeway.....it's really a no brainer.
The owner, Anthony, is always available. He also teaches classes and is accessible by text anytime. He is very passionate about health and fitness.
I am now long term member and would encourage you to also take a leap of faith!

I don’t normally write reviews but I have to talk about how amazing this place is! I signed up for the 6 week challenge “drop weight get paid” and I’m three weeks into it. I’ve loved every moment of it thus far.
The first day I weighed in Anthony was very professional and explained all my measurements to me and where my readings should be. He was so nice and let me ask questions and not once judgmental, I’ve been a few places where I have felt judged and this place IS NOT ONE OF THEM. He was honest and wanting to help.
He explained that we would get grocery list and meal plans to help with the nutritional side of the program. We would also get a cookbook and motivational emails to help us along the way. He wasn’t lying! We get our meal plans every Thursday with our grocery list and the cookbook has EVERY recipe we need AND we do get motivational emails and text messages to see how we are doing! Asking us questions like, how do you feel? What’s your favorite recipe so far? Are you having issues you would like to talk about? They really care about YOU and your progress and they want to HELP you achieve your goals.
All the trainers are great also. They take time to learn your name and they walk around during the workouts encouraging you and help you. They are really focused on making sure you do the exercises right so you don’t get hurt and get the best out of your workout. Some days I need an alternative to part of the workout and they help with that so you still get the best of the class.
Not only is everyone friendly the facility is clean and well taken care of. I would highly recommend if you want to add something different to your routine.

Excellent full body conditioning. Every coach is truly a joy to work with, including the owner. When I walk through the door, I light up because of their personalities alone. Their attitudes and approach to what they do makes you want to work hard and keep coming back. My original plan for my personal fitness was to do kickboxing 3 days per week and Fit Body BC 3 days. Once I started fit body, I now come 6 days a week. It is truly FULL BODY conditioning with all the benefits. After four weeks, I haven't done the same workout twice, and its always a challenge from muscle fatigue and muscle confusion, to cardio. Its the full package.

Fit Body Boot Camp in Thousand Oaks is the place to workout. So glad that I found it and and even happier that I joined. The owners, Anthony and Thelma, are great people. They are committed to creating an environment that will help everyone to meet their fitness goals. Everytime I enter through the doors, I am warmly greeted by Thelma. Anthony is one of the most positive, uplifting, people I know. He and the rest of the training staff are excellent. Not only do I get a great 1/2 hour workout, but I am part of a community at Fit Body Boot Camp. I love the commaraderie that I am buildimg with my fellow members. To top it all off, it is fun too! I have been to many bootcamps and have taken many different type of workout classes and I always quit or get injured. I started here at Fitbody a little over 2 months ago and I'm completely addicted and in love. This is the only place where I have the motivation and dedication to keep coming and not give up. The 30 minute high intensity interval training is the perfect amount of time for a full body workout with and a wide variety of exercises, AND can we just talk about the amazing and very knowledgeable trainers?!?! WOW!! The owners are some of the sweetest, most welcoming people. I found my forever home and I'm so grateful!! Cheers to sweat, health and a great butt!!

I've tried a lot of different workouts around the Conejo Valley and Fit Body Boot Camp is by far my favorite place. As someone who has an exceptionally short attention span, I have always struggled with workouts that last an hour. These boot camps, however, do not! They are 30 minutes, which is the perfect amount of time to work your body without making your body go into burnout mode.
But the best part isn't even the fact that the classes are 30 minutes... it's the actual workout itself! Whether it's using weights, doing different techniques with the battle ropes, or feeling the burn in your legs with frog jumps and lunges, each workout is going to be different and very engaging. You'll leave feeling sore, but wanting to come back for more!
After a few years of hating the way my body looks and the weight I've gained, I can honestly say that I feel like I am finally getting my body back thanks to the boot camps! It's a workout that sticks and will leave you feeling stronger than you ever thought possible!

This is a great gym! Fit Body in Thousand Oaks has amazingly friendly and welcoming staff. You are welcomed each day with a big smile and encouragement. Each trainer is better than the next. Workouts vary daily and are lots of fun, while being challenging. They are able to personalize workouts to meet your needs while still incorporating you into the fun group workout. I started coming to the boot camps nearly a month ago and I'm hooked. I've been struggling to get back on track with fitness since returning to school a year ago. With a busy schedule I tried working out on my own and has always given up a week or two in. The boot camps start early in the morning so I can go before work and it's great to have a group of friendly people around you to keep you motivated. The trainers make time to help you out individually during the sessions and are very encouraging. I'm glad I decided to give this place a shot. After 3.5 weeks I'm down 7lb and I feel 100% better!

I am not a skinny bunny or a fit chick....But Wow!. Seriously, this was the best experience I've ever had with any studio, gym, and class. I have been working with Anthony and his crew for a little while now and it's totally changed my life, they push you harder than you ever thought you could be pushed, everyday is a different workout; classes are intense but they teach you the right way of doing them and they push you so you get the best workout you possibly can. This place is just amazing! No matter what your fitness level or goals are you feel welcome and comfortable. I would say that "Boot Camp" maybe isn't the best way to describe it. It's more like a 30 minute high intensity workout that can be modified to ANY level. And it's fun! Every one of the coaches has been super encouraging and willing to help me with any modification I've needed! It's just a super welcoming place with fantastic staff and a great workout!
