Fit4Mom is an awesome group! I recently moved to the bay area and love joining these workout classes as it gives me a chance to connect with other moms, while getting a workout outside - 10/10!

I love FIT4MOM classes! I started attending the Body Boost classes after a friend recommended them to me. It is such a great community of moms and instructors who are so welcoming and supportive. I love that I can do virtual or in person classes to fit my schedule. All the instructors make the classes go by so quickly - you won't believe you are already done!

I moved to the area a year ago and started doing Body Boost shortly after. I love it. Heather is brilliant. Every class is completely different and she is so creative with different exercises and ideas, no class is the same. She seems to celebrate every holiday and theme it! I also love being outside. The people that attend are all so welcoming and friendly and there is no judgement on fitness levels and abilities. I’m so glad I found it!

Love doing Fit4Mom classes! It's a wonderful community to be a part of, the instructors go out of their way to make everyone feel welcomed, it truly feels like working out with a crew of friends from day 1. I started classes during my maternity leave, they were mindful of movements offering progressions and options if you were still working your strength back up. Since then, it's continued to be a great support system!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Fit4Mom! I found this group at ~2 months PP and started going 3-4 times a week. The workouts are designed so that they can be as easy or hard as you want to make it and it’s so fun to spend time with other new moms. It seemed good for the baby to get out of the house and he often napped during class. F4M changed the trajectory of my mat leave for the better and I’m so grateful to have found this supportive community. Michele and Vanessa’s energy is unmatched, they are SO fun to be around. The class pass is super affordable too. Highly recommend!!!

I love FIT4MOM SF Peninsula because it not only keeps me active and fit but also gives me special bonding time with my baby/toddler. It's the perfect blend of self-care and mommy-and-me moments. Plus, they bring in experts at the end of class to share insights on everything from parenthood to lifestyle changes, so I always leave feeling more informed and empowered. The sense of community and continuous learning truly sets it apart!

I loved going to stroller strides! It’s of course a fun workout and I found other great benefits, made one of my favorite mom friends there, and just got me and baby girl out of the house and into the sun! So good for us physically, emotionally and mentally. Highly recommend!

Fit4Mom is awesome! It’s a great way to get a workout in while keeping your kids in tow. The community is welcoming and the workouts are challenging but catered to whatever level you may be. It was a great way to spend time during my maternity leave connecting with other moms and getting out of the house. We still go now when we get the chance! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a community of moms while also getting a workout in.

Fit4Mom classes offer a supportive, positive environment for moms to get in shape and build community. Mom bodies and challenges while pregnant and post-partum are real. Options to exercise without a babysitter are few and far between. You will see all levels of fitness, body shapes, sizes and conditions. Whether you are starting from zero or are already active, you feel like you belong and get challenged for where you are.

I was recently introduced to stroller strides by a friend of mine, and started taking the courses by FIT4MOM Peninsula. Discovering Fit4Moms when we moved to California from Germany made all the difference. Thanks to the great FIT4MOMs community I met wonderful moms and I love the fitness classes. The variety and flexibility is amazing - they are offering in person classes for different fitness levels every day and the virtual and on demand classes fit into the busy days of moms. I can also highly recommend their Body Well program - a great 8 week program which teaches you small changes you can incorporate into your daily life to make you feel better. You will not only improve your fitness but also learn about nutrition and overall well-being.

Fit4Mom is an amazing workout AND community! Perfect way to get out of the house to meet up with moms with all the empathy and support plus getting back into shape. I loved how stress-free it was with the baby - the instructors and classmates are super understanding and helpful with crying or fussy babies. Can’t recommend more highly for new moms!

Michele and Vanessa and all the instructors are the best! The workouts are as hard as you want them to be, and the instructors do a great job of coming up with fun and different workout plans every session. The classes are also an excuse to get outside and enjoy the local parks, as well as to share experiences with other moms who are in the same stage of life/motherhood.

As a new mom and rarely being able to make time for myself, joining Fit4Mom was a game changer for me. After contemplating joining for over a year, I dove into the deep end with their Body Boost program and don't regret it one bit. From barely moving to being able to (like?) do burpees and bear crawls is something I never thought I would see. I learned how to prioritize myself and got to learn some awesome tools that I use daily. But what makes this program special are the people - all fellow moms who are the most supportive community of women I have ever met. It's fun, hard work in the most enjoyable way you can imagine.

Highly recommend Fit4Mom! I started going with my last (5th!) child, when she was a wee 3 months, and immediately felt welcomed into a mama tribe. The instructors have a varied, interesting, boot camp/barre style regimen that changes each time, sometimes with thematic elements due to holidays, and/or fun community add-ins with coffee/book swaps/etc. The workout was great, that you can dial up or down (mine was the down side, often due to too much chatting!), and there was wonderful support when our babies woke/cried. Sometimes an instructor would push them in the stroller and sing, given us precious hands free minutes to exercise and take ME time, and if we needed to snuggle or nurse them, complete support and flexibility. Just wish I had started going with my earlier kids! Don't make the same mistake, try Fit4Mom!

This is THE most amazing and welcoming group to make you feel strong and empowered as a momma! The workouts are challenging and creative! They have options for every level. The stroller classes are amazing because you can come as you are- with your crying baby or restless toddler in tow. The instructors guide you to workout all while singing and helping to soothe your restless kiddo! They're truly incredible!! And if you want to be kid free- they have options for more challenging classes without kids! With classes offered every day, it makes it super easy to build in time each week despite being a busy momma! The unlimited monthly class pass is such a steal (especially for the Bay Area!) And this is such a great community of mommas to get plugged into. I'm SO glad I discovered SF Peninsula Fit4Mom!

I love Fit4Mom! I was walking in the park one day and watched a wonderful class with each successive lap. I had to know more about the program. Heather, the coach and Vanessa one of the owners were so welcoming and invited me to a future class. Right off, I should say, I’m 27 years past a β€œstroller exercise class” and maybe, double the age of the average Mom in the group, but I went to the Body Boost class (HIIT class) the next week and I was hooked. I continue to attend twice weekly and over the past 9 months have found muscle definition, improved aerobic conditioning and a lovely group of women. Moms of all ages should consider this program. They are quick with modifications and while I may not be a β€œburpee”fan, I make it work for me. This program is a hidden gem in San Carlos, don’t miss it.

As a busy mother of three, I was not really looking for "baby and me" type classes when I gave birth to our littlest one. When I had my first baby, I felt like I had more time for these types of experiences but did not feel like I could carve out the same time with the second or third baby.

When I finally tried to get my body back into shape and discovered the community and REAL workouts available at Fit4Mom, I was overjoyed. The experience is welcoming for moms and babies, and even their older siblings.

The only thing stopping me from coming back to classes is having another baby...not that I am! BUT if I did, I would be right back there in Stroller Strides.

I remember showing up to my first class, not knowing what to expect since you are able to bring your baby or toddler. How much of a tough workout will I get. I was WRONG, it was amazing and I felt a strong sense of community right off the bat. I enjoy the flexibility of being able to bring my child and meet and bond with other moms while doing something for myself! I appreciate that the instructors help when a baby is crying so you can focus on your workout. They will host external activities like nights out and have speakers on various topics come to workout sessions. I'm glad I started during my maternity leave!

I'm so thankful to have found Fit4Mom! I've been taking classes for about 2 years now. It's not just a workout, it's an amazing community of strong and supportive moms.

For new moms, it's a great way to ease back into working out while meeting other new moms and their kids. In addition to Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre, there's also a more challenging class called Body Boost that's done without the kids. My son and I have made some of our best friends through Fit4Mom. I can't recommend it enough!

I am so glad I found Fit4Mom! I have been meaning to make time for myself after shelter in place and kids. Being outdoors was key for me. I joined 3 months ago and the results both physically (I’ve lost 10lbs), and wellbeing wise (me time), have been amazing! The classes are fun and never the same. All the instructors are amazing and care a lot about everyone and make sure they adjust the intensity of exercise based on your capability level. The community of mamas is great also. We are all going through similar milestones so it makes it easy to talk to everyone. I also joined the Body Well program, and it’s been really good to learn and practice long-term wellness goals I can sustain. I have only great things to say about Fit4Mom, and I recommend it to all my mom friends. :)

Fit4Mom has helped me get through maternity leave with all 3 of my kids. It's great not just for the workout (which is good - especially as you are rebuilding your core) but also for the really wonderfully supportive community. Workouts always have modifications for different levels and/or if you have particular pain or weaknesses.

Most importantly, there's nothing quite like commiserating with other parents who have firsthand experience and/or are going through the same stage that you are. There's so much support even when your baby is fussing or you barely got yourself to class. The parents you meet here often become friends outside of class as well. Stop thinking about it and just go!

I love Fit4Mom! I started doing the classes back when I lived in Denver and decided to continue when I moved back to the Bay Area. I started with stroller strides when I was on maternity leave with my son. The overall community and positivity you get from this group is amazing. I have met numerous moms through Fit4Mom who have become life long friends and I will be forever grateful. Now as my kids are a bit older, I do weekly Sunday body boost classes and love having the time for myself to get away for a bit and interact with other moms! I highly recommend their classes and the overall community. Thankful for Fit4Mom!

TLDR: Highly recommend if you're a mom looking to add some structure, physical fitness, and socialization to your life!

Joining FIT4MOM was one of the best decisions for my mental and physical health. Why?

Getting out of the house: As any new mom knows, it can be SO DIFFICULT to get motivated to leave the house with a baby. Just showing up to this class makes me feel accomplished, helps build routine, and sets the day on a positive trajectory. Without FIT4MOM, I'd probably be spending a lot of time miserable at home.

Community: I'm new to the area, and I've really enjoyed meeting other folks who get it. The instructors know my daughter, and I've gotten to know the other children and their moms, too. After class, moms often sit in the park and chat while feeding our kids, changing diapers, and doing what we need to do without judgment. I've made friends through FIT4MOM that I wouldn't have met otherwise.

Fitness: I hadn't been to a group fitness class since COVID, so this class has been great motivator to increase my physical fitness beyond what I thought was possible as a new mom. I had never even tried jogging with my baby since I don't have a jogging stroller, but I learned I could through FIT4MOM (there's also the option of walking, which I do plenty of days). I've noticed increased muscle definition and stamina since joining. I've even started jogging in my neighborhood with my non-jogging stroller on days I don't go to class. I've never been a runner!

As a perk, the class is also fun for my baby. To give moms a chance to workout, the instructors often entertain the kids by singing, blowing bubbles, strolling them around if they become fussy, etc. My daughter is full of smiles during the class.

I'm very fortunate to have found this group! It has really enhanced the quality of my life as I figure out my identity as a mom.

FIT4MOM got me out of the house when I had infant twins and was a life-changing experience! In it, I found the most supportive community, it helped get my babies on a great schedule by adding structure to my day, and I always get a great workout. The instructors are amazing and the classes really cater to all levels: you can walk, stretch and just get help with your fussy infant or you can run, push yourself and get an advanced workout.

I've made life-long friendships and FIT4MOM has helped me have strong pregnancies and recoveries. You can bring your kids, come solo if your kids are in school, or even bring the entire family! Highly recommended!!

If you are a mom, regardless of the age of your children, ready to take care of yourself and get back in shape, I recommend that you consider this wonderful option. The instructors are welcoming, friendly and very competent and the kind participating mothers greatly help to make each workout very pleasant despite the effort that will soon give the expected results. Not to mention the beautiful outdoor environment which is far from negligible to make the experience more beneficial at all levels. Very happy to have joined this community to achieve my goals with all the criteria that help motivate the exhausted mom that I am.

Fit4mom completely transformed my postpartum journey with my second baby. I welcomed my first baby in the midst of the pandemic back in 2020. Being a first time mom back then with limited knowledge about baby feed and sleep schedule, zero social interaction with other moms, and no outdoor time, my experience was stressful and exhausting. Once I welcomed my second baby, I was convinced to make the most of it this time around and I discovered fit4mom. Never would I imagined that I get to go outside and work out with my baby on a daily basis during my maternity leave. My spirit feels so uplifted after every class. Also this community of women is so so supportive and a great resource for day to day mom questions.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Fit4Mom! My son and I started attending in December and have been going to 4 or 5 classes a week ever since. Once I return to work I plan to continue attending their Saturday classes.

The instructors are all wonderful, Vanessa, Michele, Martha, and Stephanie all provide great workouts, while maintaining a super upbeat and positive attitude. They even offer to rock your stroller for you (while masked up!) if your baby starts crying during a class. Going to class has really made me start to feel like myself again (I can fit into my pre-pregnancy jeans again!)

Beyond the awesome workout, it's really provided a community of other Mamas facing the same challenges as I am. If you're a new mom I cannot recommend Fit4Mom SF peninsula enough!!

FIT4MOM has introduced me to an amazing community of women and has given so much more to me than I ever expected. As an active person I was admittedly skeptical of how difficult the workouts would be, but that’s the beauty of it - it’s as hard as you make it. This opens it up to all types of people with varying fitness levels, and goals. Everyone is supportive and encourages you to give what you have. Not to mention that if your kiddo is having a meltdown, or you are late this group doesn’t judge, they really follow the mantas that we are all in this together and it takes a village. I credit them with getting me out of the house on a consistent basis and giving my life some much needed structure (because it’s all too easy to put off a workout for a crying baby). I would highly recommend this group / program to anyone looking to connect with other moms and get a killer workout at the same time.

I wanted to join a mom group after having my first baby and to get back into fitness where I could bring her along. I am SO grateful to find Fit4Mom! We go to Stroller Strides class together. I love the resistance band and cardio workout, being outside, and meeting other moms. My baby likes seeing the other babies and getting tickles, and hearing the songs the instructor and moms sing. I had a wonderful experience with FIT4MOM SF Peninsula. From approximately July 2018 to November 2018, I attended several classes a week at the San Carlos location in Burton Park. Michelle and Andrea were wonderful instructors! Initially, just getting to the class was a huge production with a newborn. Andrea and Michelle, not to mention all of the other mothers, were incredibly understanding of my daughter's frequent crying. Eventually I was able to get on more of a schedule in the morning, and my daughter and I really enjoyed the classes, the community of women, and being outside. I continue to meet several of the moms in a happy hour group. The experience was critical to maintaining my sanity during a truly stressful and wonderful time. Thank you, FIT4MOM!!

I found Fit4Mom and started attending Stroller Strides classes in March 2016. The classes are amazing because you get to work out with your baby (rather than waiting until the weekend or when you have childcare), it's fun, there's no judgement, and it's a wonderfully special group of moms that I've met. I've made best friends through this group and we also do moms night outs, playdates after almost every workout class and my two year old looks forward to going every single time. I was concerned she wouldn't want to stay in the stroller for the full hour of class but we move so much and sing songs throughout class so it entertains all the little ones. She now also repeats the moves she sees me doing in class which outweighs any negative of staying in the stroller - she sees me making friends and being healthy and it's the best thing I can do for her. As cliche as it sounds, this group has changed our lives for the better and we love it!

Michele Lewis is an awesome instructor. I enjoy both Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre at Burton Park San Carlos. Class begins with warm-up and a short round of introductions near the playground. Next, walker group and runner group go to another part of the park for cardio/strength/balance training. The group returns to playground for end of workout stretches. Michele brings resistance bands and exercise balls for class. She gives modified exercises for people who need them. She also sings children's songs and pushes your stroller when your baby gets fussy. Moms I have met in this group are friendly and supportive. I went to the free try-out class and bought a 10-class package at a discounted price. Affordable and beneficial classes, I highly recommend it.

Fit4Mom is an incredible community of moms and kids -- my kids have grown up attending Stroller Strides classes with me, and now I've added Body Back to my weekly routine. I love being active, outside with my kids and I am thankful for this community of supportive moms.

Love everything about FIT4MOM SF Peninsula! I started with Stroller Strides when my son was 6 weeks, and Body Back when he was 6 months and I am definitely a stronger better mama because of it! Thank you Sara :)
