I have been going to fitness 19 for a long time, I have tried other gyms, but always return to fitness 19! All the staff members are very friendly and I am always greeted with a smile. The trainers are very knowledgeable and are always available for questions. They also offer classes, the HIIT class is my favorite! The gym is also on the lake so you can workout outside with a view of the lake! If you're looking for a small gym with family vibes and knowledgeable trainers this is the place!

I have been a member of Fitness 19 and other gyms on and off for over 10 years and Fitness 19 has, by far, been my favorite gym. All of the staff members are incredibly welcoming when coming in for a work out. The equipment is fabulous - always clean, never worn out. You can tell that the staff and other members really take care of of the facility. It's a more intimate gym so naturally it can be pretty busy during peak hours but all of the other members are friendly so it's easy to ask someone when they'll be wrapping up on a certain piece of equipment, etc.

Was originally looking for a gym nearby and stumbled upon Fitness19 randomly. Read the reviews and found it really affordable. Immediately signed up before even visiting the place. They do not send you an email that yearly duties will be taken out. Lady who answered the phone said it's in your contract.... what contract during Covid? Everything was done via email, which I never received!!!! It's not like a driver's license I carry with me everywhere!!!!
They would rather lose you as a customer than work on the issue. Management doesn't even follow up as to why the customer is not satisfied with the gym.
Upper management also needs to take a course in sexual harassment, certain person has not been dealt with in his behavior, leaving the person who is the victim to deal with stress and anxiety which to me is an open line to get legal steps against this place.

I originally signed up for this gym only because it was opened during the pandemic and my main one (LA fitness) was closed. Eventually, I decided to cancel my LA fitness membership and stick with Fitness 19 instead because the vibes were at Fitness 19 were just a lot better. While it may be a smaller gym than the typical commercial ones, it has all of the equipment that I like, they have a hydro massage and tanning booth, their outside patio overlooking the lake is the perfect place to stretch and warm up, and the community there is more friendly and welcoming. The staff there are also really awesome, specifically Auva and Jonathan. They're incredibly helpful, friendly and overall make the gym environment a lot better!

I come in for my daily workouts every morning to get my day started and I’m always greeted by the staff and they have the gym clean and organized which I appreciate a lot. I would definitely recommend my buddies to come workout at the spot 👍🏼👍🏼

I’ve been working out at Fitness 19 for a while and I love it here! The gym is clean and the staff is very welcoming. The equipment is brand new and it’s never too crowded.
The trainers are really helpful by taking time to get to know your fitness goals. This gym also offers HIIT classes that are very affordable. Overall, this is a great facility with affordable prices and an amazing view of the Mission lake!

Fitness 19 is a great gym! Friendly ppl, good gym equipment, relaxed environment. I have only good things to say about it. Mo, one of the personal trainers here, taught me a lot. He was patient and gave exceptional workout advice. He's def the man to go to if you want to learn to bulk up. I highly recommend working out here if you're looking for a gym in Mission Viejo.

Great facility with lots of different equipment! Very nice outdoor area. Not the gym for you if you use their stretching/sports training room during busy hours because they will kick you out for personal training
