I don’t understand why this location opens at 5 am while the other locations open at 4 am; yet, they still charge the same. And on top of that, no fitness classes are offered here.

This gym is youthful and easy to get that quick workout in. Has a little of everything you need for a quick workout. Has treadmills , stairs, and ellipticals. Huge leg day area and my go to weekday gym. Nate’s cool to ask for any fitness tips on equipment and Sylvana is an awesome fitness trainer!

Nate is an excellent trainer. He is very knowledgeable about helping me to development a retraining lift program after a long absent. NATE is very knowledgeable about equipment usage and what is appropriate for a senior member. I really appreciate his positive attitude. Nate is always about his business and willing to help other. This gym is my favorite gym. The staff are knowledgeable and you can actually get on the machines. I love going to this gym so much. With more than enough dumbells & a good selection of machines, it's everything I need. I appreciate how it's always clean & well maintained. All the staff here is always friendly with positive attitudes. Recently, I upgraded my membership from the premium lifetime to the elite membership for Vault access. I have been really enjoying the Vault but I do wish they added a few dumbbells in there :(
Porsha has been a huge help! She's really nice & professional. Every time I've ever needed help with anything, she has always been super helpful, answers all my questions & assists with whatever I need. I can't wait to be trained by her soon!😊
