I cannot say enough about Alex and his coaching style and the way he comes in with real tools and experience that makes you see how easily it can be done with the right mindset! I have been training with Alex since June 2023 twice a week. He designs a very comprehensive strength training program with cardio included as well. He is very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and offers guidance on both. The workouts are amazing they are both challenging and fun plus my strength and conditioning have improved dramatically training with Alex.

I train with Alex 3 times a week. My goal is lose weight and get in a better shape but living in LA motivated me to want a killer body. Here is the fun part, it is so difficult and what’s more difficult is to find the right trainer. After 6 months of no results at my local gym a friend of mine recommended the trainer Alex and it’s the best thing that ever happened to me.
