About the Club

Functional fitness classes that coach weightlifting, calisthenics, and cardio with a focus on moving well and improving your overall level of fitness. If you're just coming off the couch or already know your way around a gym, come check us out! We're a small gym with limited class sizes, which allows the coach to focus more attention on how you're performing and most importantly your technique. Reach out to learn more and let us know your goals... this could be the change you've been looking for!

We're at the corner of 7th and Riverside Blvd in Land Park, right across the street from historic Vic's Ice cream.

Class Schedule M-F : 7AM, 8 AM,12 PM, 4 PM, 5 PM, and 6 PM; Sat: 8AM and 9 AM.
Open gym and personal training also available.

Randy is an awesome coach, and he definitely puts a lot of effort into creating workouts that are fun and effective for his clients. I was a little intimidated at first to get back into working out after a long hiatus, but it’s obvious that he is passionate about fitness and coaching, and he’s done a great job creating an environment that is very welcoming to all. During group classes he still gives each person the attention they might need to keep them healthy and engaged, and he has helped me perfect my form and movements so that I can perform the exercises safely while coming back from a work related injury. It seems like he really cares about his clients, and his workouts have been a ton of fun!

Randy is a great coach that is welcoming and listens to your needs. I’m currently pregnant, and have worked with Randy to modify workouts so I can do them safely and comfortably. The gym equipment is new and the everything is very clean. The community here is awesome!

I’ve been coming here for a month now, and after 20+ years I’d weight training Randy has me seeing and experiencing fitness in a whole new way.

He’s knowledgeable, creative, and adaptable and can create amazing workouts and modify them according to people’s needs on the fly.

It’s a group class but it really feels like I’m getting personal training. The value is so good I feel like I’m stealing to be honest.

I think everyone who cares about health, fitness, longevity, or simply the ability to keep up with kids should come in and try a class.

I'm not really a gym person, but I had a great workout with Randy and will be going back. It was a great mix of cardio and targeted strength training. Randy keeps classes small so he can provide clear instruction and the workout is approachable, while also making sure people are working out safely. He had a workout that was easy to scale, as a new person my distances were shorter and weights (much) lighter than the experienced people in the class, but we all got a good workout. I'm excited for this place, and I think it's worth a try if you're looking for a local gym or trainer.
