Honestly, I was reluctant to join this 21-day challenge at first. But I told myself no more excuses. Today was my first day at FitTRAC, and from the moment I walked in, I could tell this was different. Everyone was so nice and genuine - it felt like a community that actually cares.

Trainer Brent is so personable and chill. I love his presence! He moves around the room with calm confidence, making sure everyone’s comfortable but still motivated. He took the time to explain each exercise clearly, encouraged me when I struggled with form, and adjusted my weights to match my current strength. He is truly the positive energy I need to get myself to the gym and keep pushing.

I’m really looking forward to the next 21 days. I can’t wait to see the visible results coming my way. My personal goals are to have my clothes fit looser, to build more endurance and strength, and to feel energetic throughout the day.

What makes this challenge even better is the personal accountability coach, Ariana, who was assigned to me. In just one Zoom call, she gave me tons of great advice and practical tools for healthy meal prep that fit my busy work schedule perfectly. She shared helpful tips about soy products that can improve sleep and reduce hot flashes, which I hadn’t considered before. Ariana is going to continue checking in on me regularly, which adds that extra layer of support I need to stay committed to my goals.

Josh was great. He was friendly, engaging and encouraging. He handled a group with a wide range of capabilities and tended to each of their needs. As a new person I felt like I was put in a position to hit the ground running (mostly because I started with running) but Josh gave me what I needed to get going and checked on me at key times to make sure I was ok. It is hard to make group classes feel like individual training but this was close. I look forward to working with him again.

I loved my first class at FitTrac today! David helped me understand alignment & how to properly do unfamiliar exercises. He encouraged me to be easy on myself since this was my first class — always a helpful reminder. Fun to work out with a group and to have good guidance. As a 50-something woman, I appreciated being in a group with people in my own age bracket. It felt safe and non-competitive while still challenging.

My experience with the FitTRAC team for the past two years has consistently been amazing. The entire team is knowledgeable, patient, and fun. They make working out on a regular basis fun, safe, and productive. My body strength, flexibility, and blood chemistry have improved dramatically since I started working out with FitTRAC. I was a complete beginner with prior injuries when I started at FitTRAC but the coaches (especially Ken) put me at ease by designing a flexible personal training program to help me heal and build strength. I strongly recommend FitTRAC to anyone seeking personal trainers and fitness classes to improve their health and increase their strength.

This gym is great! I was sucked in by a Facebook ad, but am glad I joined. Coaches are super nice and I’m generally intimidated by gyms but everyone is so welcoming. Because it’s small class sizes you get enough personal attention when you have any trouble with any of the
workouts.

Ive only been to the Redwood City gym but im sure they are similar. Great intense workouts at your own level. Come out like you know you really worked hard for an hour. All the coaches are great!

FitTRAC is awesome. Coaches Ken and David always find ways to mix things up and keep the classes interesting and motivating. The community is terrific as well, supportive and friendly, with members in the forties all the way to the seventies. I went from a zero-workout life to waking up at 5 am three days a week to get my workout done before even starting my workday. Two years and counting, worth every penny.

I've been working with coach Mario at FitTRAC for a year and a half. My core fitness has improved dramatically, and I'm stronger and better balanced when I bike. Upper body strength has improved as well; and I've added 100 lbs. to my deadlift since I began a year ago.

Class was very good despite being packed. Jag designs good, impactful workouts and runs the class like a pro. He doesn’t get distracted, makes sure everyone is doing things right and is very encouraging. Love how certain days have specific excercises like bench press on Mondays and deadlifts on Thursdays. I definitely feel my body is responding well to his workouts. Definite 5 stars.

FitTRAC is the best! The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and coach clients on the correct form for each move, maximizing their effectiveness while preventing injury. The sessions are always different, keeping it interesting. The small group format is great, too. The program also comes with online healthy habits coaching, which I’ve found super helpful.

I’ve written a book here but it’s because there’s so much to recommend about FitTRAC. Overall, great people have built an outstanding program. I can see my progress and the results are fantastic! Very highly recommend!

The coaches are very welcoming and meet you where you are. They work with people of all sizes and abilities and make the workouts challenging yet fun. They also assign a coach to help you with nutrition, goals and healthy habits over Zoom every week. This was an added surprise and benefit. If I had been able to continue with Fittrac, I would have happily done so. IT is really a great program for over 40 people looking to get in shape.

A great fitness program for all ages and fitness levels. Highly trained coaches/trainers that work with you to personalize your workouts to ensure you get the most of each program and avoid injuries. After a 3 year Covid layoff, and gaining over 30 lbs, FiTRAC has helped me loose nearly all of the weight and my overall fitness has improved beyond expectations in only 7 months. It‘s been over a decade since I’ve worked out regularly, and FitTRAC has helped me feel like no time has passed at all. The team has been incredibly supportive, and helped me learn how to do various exercises correctly and push me to accomplish more than I thought possible.
