It's a good little gym, it's clean and has a chill vibe. The TVs are hella old and I wish they would change the channel so if a game was on. It's always oN ESPN so if your there on Sunday you'll get stuck with womens basketball instead of NFL football. But I like it and it's cheap

Was kicked out with my 11 year old daughter very rudely by this lady I’ve never seen before. My daughter was sitting on a chair by the front desk waiting for me to get my workout done. I dk if she was the owner or who she was but she was very rude. If she would’ve been nicer I would’ve just walked out and gone back the next day, since I live 30 mns away. But she was very rude. Younger girls at front desk are super sweet. This caught me by surprise. I enjoined working out at this gym but the way I was treated led me to cancel my membership unfortunately.

Gr8 place! Never had a problem with cleanliness. Tanning bed avail. too! So sad there is not a pool. However, he is now 24 hrs! 😁

Don’t go here! They will take out extra money out of your account in the middle of the night so that you won’t notice!! THEY ARE THIEVES!! When you try to call them they will not answer! Don’t go here if you want your money to be stolen!!!

I've been here awhile and its fine as far as a cheap gym is concerned but isn't very sanitary. I posted a picture of the men's toilet that someone blasted with feces THAT WAS UNCHANGED OR CLEANED FOR OVER A WEEK. I haven't seen the clean lady but get real why can't the owner do it! They are there enough to. With another fairly pristine gym down the road and another one in the works to open soon you may be better off there. Chiropractor guy and his family own the one 99 near Les Schwab, its a classier joint

I recently called and spoke to a woman named Laura. I explained our situation with my daughter and she was extremely understanding. She said she would need to get some things verified with her bosses and she left a message for me to call in. I called in this morning and spoke to a gentleman who claimed to be an owner of the gym. He swore he had no awareness of the situation. He then started assuming and judging the situation. He was very rude in the nicest way. He acted like he would rather not deal with us. My situation is very dire. I mean this in the most serious way. She needs a place to go so she can have hope and people who support her. This is not a place like that. I was literally told that I was planning on dumping my child there and they would have to "lead her by the hand" while i just went about my day. We never intended to so that. I had explained that in the inital call. We will be going to Yuba City to a different gym as soon as I find a suitable one. This gym just kicked my family while we are down.

Great little gym. The recently expanded hours make it more accessible, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the workout equipment has great variety.

The gym is clean, however for younger women working out, you may get an uncomfortable feeling from the shorter of the two owners!
