If you are shopping for a personal trainer, you’re most likely looking for evidence that he or she knows how to get results for people who are nothing like them, who have goals and obstacles that most trainers can't relate to. Of course, there are some potential client's that base their decision on how to physically fit the trainer is. It may be that having a physically fit body becomes the platform that makes the introduction. Still, as a fitness coach and owner of Fit SF, I feel the thing that allows people to resonate with any trainer is beyond looking physically fit. The idea that will encourage someone to want to pay attention to anything a personal trainer has to say has more to do with their ability to identify themselves in you. That becomes everything. Because without that, there’s just sets and reps, or portions and calories.

Therefore, without further ado, It is with great pleasure for me to write this recommendation of one of our valued team members at Fit SF Personal Training Studio, Nas Tarazi.

Nas is more than just a persona trainer. Being a trainer in the eyes of the general public is one thing, but in the small circle of fitness professionals, it can be quite easy to separate a coach from a trainer. And if you want results, not just someone’s time, it would be foolish for you to not highly consider Nas’s services. The things that are unique to his personality are the struggles that are revealed in what he has overcome and in who he is today, which is what encourages anyone to want to take the journey with him.

Coaching isn’t just about science, exercise, and having acronyms behind our names. It’s about being able to listen better, speak efficiently, relate when appropriate, and show empathy instead of sympathy. Nas possesses all of this.

In closing, Nas is a true fitness professional that knows that his job is to serve as an exercise expert, not as an exercise specialist in using one tool. In the gym or work out space Nas will be the most significant part of your training session, not the equipment.

I have bounced around with a few trainers in my life time but I finally found a home with Nas. I'm 68 years old and he has me feeling like i'm 48. I move great for my age and I feel pretty strong. I would highly recommend him to all ages. Nas is a great personal trainer but he is even a better person.

If you are looking for a great personal trainer look no further. I'm 58 years old and I was very tentative about starting a workout regimen. I thought it was too late for me to lose weight but I thought wrong. The first session I remember feeling like I walked out already moving and feeling better. Nas is so good at knowing what your starting level is and getting the most out of you.

After 1 month I lost 10lbs and I was hooked. I've been working with Nas for about 2 years now and I have lost 50lbs and I feel stronger and 10 years younger. Don't wait contact Nas ASAP he is a gem.

I have been working with Nas throughout different phases of my life for over 12 years. Despite my relocation and busy schedule, I still go back to train with him. If you are looking for a great trainer I hghly recommend Nas. I have been working out with him for almost a year and not only has he helped me become stronger and more fit, he has encouraged me to lead a healthier life all around. From encouraging me to push myself harder when I workout as well as change my eating habits, I have lost almost 10 pounds in just the last 6 weeks. His workouts are never boring and his positivity is infectious. Crossroads Fitness is at a convenient location and has a great look and vibe. I have been training with Nas for many years. Most recently began training again being 2 years cancer free.
Nas pushes you to your limit while being aware...he loves to see you succeed as much as you want it for yourself.
Being diagnosed with cancer gives you an awareness that can't truly be described. That's why I chose to begin training with Nas again. He is aware of my goals, he knows my limitations, he has such a knowledge of the human body thru training, nutrition....and you won't find a more caring, kinder, spiritual soul.
Nas is a gem!

Crossroad Fitness is great place to workout.. I've been training there for over 2 years now, It is very clean, organized and the staff are very friendly. Nas Tarazi is my trainer and is awesome - even when I don't fell like working out, he somehow motivates me. Nas has trained me for over 2 years. His knowledge is extensive and he makes my work outs fun and very challenging. With Nas, my body shape has improved, my muscle mass has increased, and I have lost weight. Most importantly, Nas believes in the health of the entire body and in making sure your body is moving well. His body work and belief in foam rolling has had an amazing impact on my health. I feel extremely fortunate to have worked with Nas Tarazi at Crossroads Fitness for the past 6 months.

Having entered my forties, I was feeling quite sluggish and frankly distraught at the slow-down in my metabolism and increase in weight.

As a father of a young daughter, I was beginning to notice I was more irritable as a parent. Increasingly I'd come home from work, snack, and turn on the TV.

I was in a bad way.

On a whim, I walked into Crossroads Fitness with no recommendation or idea of what they offered. I was in a word, cynical.

Fortunately for me Nas was there.

Nas has inspired me to change my approach and without exaggeration he has changed my life tremendously.

Not only is he an excellent trainer, he is also inspiring in his positivity and outlook on overcoming life's obstacles. He takes my cynicism and counters it with positivity.

He inspires me to work harder and to be a better person.

Nas has taken my ideas of what a workout is and turned them upside down. We work on core strength, leg strength, flexibility and being attentive to what is ailing me.

Let's face it...no guy wants to admit to being vain. I certainly don't. but since working with Nas I have noticed my athleticism increase and I have received many compliments. My energy level is tremendously better. I'm far more attentive to what I'm eating and most importantly I feel I am a much better father. Far more patient, far more attentive and far more active with my young daughter.

I am very blessed to have met and worked with Nas.
