The owner is nice. Staff not so much. I like the instructors, don't care too much for the front desk.

It's frustrating that the front desk was not very clear about all the rules from the start. They gave me the basic but conveniently left out important details which caused confusion later on.

I was told that I had 2 month to do makeup classes on Thursday night at 7pm.
When I came in with my kid for the first makeup, they asked whether I had called in ahead of time to check on the availability. Didn't know I had to but I understand because it would be a waste of time if the class was full.
For the second makeup, I let them know a a week ahead that he wouldn't be able to make the next class so we would have to go to the makeup. They said there's nothing they can do it would have to be after he actually missed the class. Sure whatever, I called in again after he had missed the class and got into the 2nd makeup. There were three kids, my kid included.
The way they coached me on the rules made me think the class would probably have at least 10 kids.
The 3rd makeup class, they told me that I could only do one makeup a month. It would be nice to get all these information all at once in the very beginning. So many rules and so inflexible for a kids facility. A parent, any parent, would understand that kids come with unexpected schedule changes.

We went to the movie night last time, he said that they ran out of water to give him, we paid $30 and the kid couldn't even have water for the time he was there

They're making it such a hassle for everything.
The reason I gave two star is that my kid actually enjoys the class. If there was another facility in the area, we would definitely move him.

Very nice gym and staff. Both my kids went here and learned so much and gained lots of confidence over the years they attended this gym. We were always treated with respect by the owner and staff and are very pleased with our experience with Gymnastics Unlimited. My kids really liked their coaches who cared for them, just an all around great experience!

We enrolled our daughter here just 2 months ago after months of her asking to try gymnastics. The gym is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Our daughter who is generally quite shy took almost immediately to her class and coach. She has already been promoted to level 2 which was a pleasant surprise since she just started. Her coach Is super sweet and sadly will be going off to college next month and they’ve been teaming up with the incoming coach which I think is important for the younger girls to be familiarized with her before their coach departs. Even though this is our first experience with the gymnastics life, I’d say it’s been pretty fun and rewarding for our daughter.

Ninja class is great! Small class size. Lots of individual attention and motivating instructors with lots of patience and the willingness to break things down for young kids. Halloween class in the main gym was so much fun today and everyone was super nice. Highly recommend!

My daughter recently joined Gymnastics Unlimited. I have to say this gym and is instructors are amazing. The girls are working constantly on new moves, beams, bars. I’m very happy with this company.

Gymnastics unlimited isn't a good place of business. When you walk in,
staff doesn't engage much with student's or parents. Only to take payments they are happy to help you.

I looked into getting my child into doing a extra activity because she's becoming a bit of a challenge with behavior. There was an incident that happened with my child and gymnastics unlimited took it upon themselves to call the sheriff on me. Claiming my child had "some bruising".

Being there with all five of my children and one disobeying me to come home because of her school principal calling me in regards to her behavior. She decided to make a scene and paint me as an abusive parent. The instructor and business owner still decided to make a report. Their incident report was vague and stated "some bruising". Because of this, my child has become more combative with me. This didn't end with just that. Gymnastics unlimited staff provided a copy of their report to the father of my shared children.

The father of my children and I have a history of domestic violence. Lets just say my experience with the father of my chidlren has made me distance myself from him for my own protection. This incident has me now paying for an attorney to resolve this matter.

I totally understand mandated reporting because I'm currently employed with Modesto City Schools and have to do the same, this matter could of be avoided if all staff would engage with parents and student's to better help the community.

"I was disappointed with my experience at this place. While the staff was friendly, the owner was not welcoming and seemed to take clients for granted. They didn't even greet the parents or make eye contact, which made us feel ignored. Additionally, the chairs were dirty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. The seating area was also cramped, with seats too close together.

Furthermore, I was concerned to see that the trainers were not well-prepared for the students and seemed unfamiliar with proper protocols. This lack of attention to detail was also evident in the snacks sold , which were expired.

I hope the owner takes these issues seriously and takes steps to improve the customer experience, staff training, and overall

My daughter attended here for over a year & hardly learned a thing. She liked her teachers yet it was more of a social time & playing music in the background. We were very disappointed when they started requiring mask especially while the student’s were actively exercising. In addition, it was pretty ridiculous that all the chairs were spaced apart. I couldn’t even sit next to my family members. These are the same people I live with & drive in the car with. We have since found a new facility that DOES NOT allow mask on student’s while they exercise. I can sit with my family & watch my daughter actually learn new skills. She has improved so much since we switched. We also don’t have to pay a yearly registration fee, only month to month.

My daughter has been coming here for almost 2 years now and my son came for a few months for the Ninja class. They both love it! My daughter has been able to over come her fear of heights since she started here. She has even made the Xcel team! The whole staff is great. They are all friendly and willing to help your kids with whatever they need! The owner, Paul is great and so is his daughter! They are always giving tips to the kids to help them get better and improve. Great place.

My son is at times hard to keep focused but the coaches a fantastic for example Raj; she has a lot of patients and my son is learning a lot. The owner Paul and his staff are very friendly and personable encouraging the children and I would recommend them.
