Gym's House is a wonderful gym and training facility. All of the coaches are great and attentive. They will make sure that you have good form and get a quality workout in. There is no hidden fees or hoops that other gyms make you jump though. They are honest owners who promote health and well being. 100% would recommend.

I am extremely happy I found BPFA! I am an active, older woman with some physical limitations who has not always felt welcomed at some gyms. At BPFA I was genuinely welcomed by the coaches and other gym members from my first day there and felt that my level of ability was accepted. I have received encouragement to do my best within my limitations while receiving coaching that has helped me overcome or lessen them. After about a year at BPFA I have minimized affects of a knee injury and improved my level of fitness such that I can enjoy my favorite outdoor activities. The coaches are not only knowledgeable about fitness, mobility, and nutrition but are skilled at teaching about these. The general class programming includes a warm up, skill practice, a workout of the day and ends with mobility. I credit this programming with helping me to meet several personal fitness goals without any new injuries occurring. The Yoga and Movement for Life classes are exceptional compliments to this programming and my personal favorites. I highly recommend this gym!

Justin is an excellent personal trainer and won't just get you to do a bunch of push ups. He'll tailor a specific program to suit your needs, taking your weaknesses into account. If you want a great workout and don't want to get hurt in the process then definitely come here.
