I love love love Hanadi! Her home studio is perfect and her instructions are well received. She takes her time to explain why we’re doing the movement and what part of the body is benefiting. I’m learning a lot and feeling a lot more confident about my body, especially because the estrogen has left the building, lol. You won’t be disappointed in your results and the time is relational, not transactional like some big box companies.

Wow! I have never had such fantastic personalized instruction. Hanadi gives you that boutique experience and she is just a sweet, caring person. Hanadi quite literally helped me transform my body. From my breathing patterns, to my posture, to my musculoskeletal awareness, she has an eye for pointing out areas of improvement to reverse bad habits in everyday movement. From my first session, she was so quick to notice the root cause of the pain I feel in my lower back and knees. I’ve done mat Pilates for years, but I benefited far more from a few 1:1 sessions with Hanadi than I did in years of group sessions at a studio. She personalizes every session to your weaknesses until they become strengths. She really challenges you to reach your fullest potential. And she really trains you until the correct methods of movement become habit.

New to Pilates. Fortunate to find Hanadi. Offers excellent instruction in Pilates in her fully equipped personal studio. She has many years of experience teaching about fitness and Pilates. You get her full attention as you work with her one on one. She is very personable and enthusiastic. Extremely knowledgeable about Pilates, how the muscles of your body work, and will make a program that works best for you. I have back problems. I am optimistic that getting Pilates training with Hanadi will lead to improvement in how my body feels in the not too distant future. I highly recommend her.

Hanadi is an amazing Pilates instructor, she has lots of knowledge & experience. From a gentle touch she knows exactly what’s going on with your body & she helps fixing it. Hanadi is a one-of-a-kind trainer who has incredible knowledge about the body and how all of its parts work together for healthy balance and strength. She is also very motivating and gives 110% to make sure the exercise is being done correctly so that your body gets the most benefit. She really pays attention to YOU! Plus, she has a ton of different Pilates equipment and is expert at using it all. I highly recommend working with her!

Beginner here!! I have wanted to get into Pilates for some time and didn’t even know where to start. I am in awe with Hanadi, her knowledge is powerful. She expresses huge care for foundational health, mind, body and soul. She explains the process beautifully. I have been weightlifting for 4 years and in one session I have felt more mind to body connection than i thought possible. Hanadi takes time and ensures you are feeling and practicing proper breathing and form. If you want to do palates and do it right, Hanadi is the person for you. You will walk out of a session feeling proud of yourself and happy from the time and learning with her ☺️

It gas taken me several days to gather my thoughts about what to write for Hanadi’s review because I sadly just do not think there are enough words that are good enough to convey how highly I recommend working with Hanadi to start, continue, or reclaim your health and fitness goals.
I have been training with Hanadi since May 2024, shortly after I found out I have Cushing’s Disease. It has been a very complicated and usually dismal path to this diagnosis and my body/health were on a steep decline. And fitness was out the window. Then I found Hanadi!
Among other things, Cushing’s attacks the core muscles. When I first found Hanadi, I would collapse almost immediately when trying to plank or do bridges. Squats and other leg exercises were challenging ti say the least as well. These were very difficult hardships for me to accept because I used to box competitively and had always been active, strong, and fit.
Hanadi listened to me intently when I talked to her about these things and immediately understood how to help my body regain muscle and strength, as well as other things I can do to support my body’s return to health.
With her help and stalwart support and faith, I am so happy to be able to say that I feel stronger and more balanced than even when I boxed; I have lost 70 lbs, 6 pant sizes, and am less than 15 lbs away from my ideal weight. These ste not easy strides to make with Cushing’s (I also have PCOS and sub-clinical hypothyroid).
Beyond being the first and only trainer I have worked with who can truly see and lead a client to fitness and meaningful progress, Hanadi also genuinely loves and cares for her clients. She has never given half-hearted training and what’s more - she will inspire you to never train halfway, either. She motivates, inspires, leads, and pulls forward every last morsel of healing and strengthening energy in your body and expertly identifies and corrects every movement that needs adjustment.
I have never worked with a trainer like her, and am eternally lucky and grateful to have her in my life now. I would not hesitate to call her if you are looking for help or maintenance with your wellness and fitness. You will get exactly where you need your body to go.

Hanadi is classically trained in pilates and other fitness modalities. She is a fantastic teacher that is passionate about teaching proper form and seeing her clients grow with her. She has a special way of getting you inside of your body and being more aware of the mind muscle connection. Her positivity and encouragement is always appreciated too. I’ve enjoyed all of my Pilates classes taken with Hanadi and would recommend her to anyone on a Pilates (or fitness journey)!

I learned so much from Hanadi's teaching. I find myself standing and sitting using my core and my feet in Pilates "V". Every class with her feels like a personal one on one class - she gives individual attention to each member of the class, taking the time to correct a movement or deepen a stretch. At the end of each class with her I felt like I had accomplished so much in such a small amount of time. It is very clear that her "students" came to the classes for many of the same reasons I did - HER. The other day I heard someone ask "what was it about Hanadi that you liked the best" and the answer that three people spontaneously gave was "EVERYTHING". Last one, best one : Everyone needs at least one Hanadi session a week!
