HEAL: Pilates is the BEST Pilates studio. I have been going to HEAL: Pilates ever since it opened. The size of the studio (just 5 reformers) is perfect for small group classes. A smaller class size provides more personal interaction with the instructor which is vital to successful Pilates form. If you are looking for private lessons, they also provide that. While most Pilates studios are large format with a goal to make you sore the next day with no focus on individual students, HEAL: Pilates focuses on proper form and building a stronger core structure for your day-to-day life. There are a fair amount of different instructors which provides you with a good variety of teaching styles. Each instructor has different ways of teaching which keeps things fresh. If you are looking for a recommendation on an instructor to start with, I suggest Ayanna or Rebecca. They are my favorites of all time.

Excellent teaching, beautiful comfortable studio. Nice variety of classes and privates. Attention to detail, very helpful if you are dealing with injuries.

I love going to the Heal Pilates studio! I started with one on one classes with Synthia, she is super professional and was very attentive to my needs. Now I am going to group sessions with Elise or Ayanna, they are both awesome and I feel that I am making great progress!!

I started going to private pilates sessions with Ayana after my doctor said I would need a second back surgery. I never had that surgery, but I'm still going to Heal Pilates 2 years later, twice a week, religiously. It has changed my 69 year old body and made it much younger and more flexible. Heal Pilates is a great to treat back and body pain without a scalpel. I highly recommend it.
