About the Club

Hiit AF focuses on kickbox & strength high intensity interval training. Its a combination of boxing, kickboxing and full body strength training workout. You have a trainer that will guide you from start to finish so you will never feel like you’re left alone doing the same old routine over and over. The workout does change daily. It is fun, challenging, and effective. Every fitness level is welcome here at Hiit AF.

We offer Hiit style circuit training, group workouts, kids boxing / kickboxing, self defense and 1 on 1 personal training.

Absolutely Love HIIT AF!!!!!!

I can’t say enough great things about HIIT AF. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was welcomed like family. The workouts are intense, high-energy, and always changing, no boring routines here. The trainers are top-notch: motivating, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you crush your goals.

I’ve gotten stronger, leaner, and more confident since starting. Plus, the sense of community is pretty tight,
everyone pushes each other to be their best. Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned athlete, HIIT AF is the place to be.

The website makes it super easy to book classes, track progress, and stay motivated. If you’re looking for real results in a fun, supportive environment, this is it. Highly recommend!

This gym is a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend if you are looking for a smaller setting to get your workouts in. The trainers really care about your fitness goals and you as a person. I have been getting my butt kicked my them for years now and can’t imagine working out anywhere else. The gym is clean and has everything you could possibly want to get a challenging full body workout!

Where do I start in this review???

#1) If you want a place where you feel safe, encouraged, empowered, and championed then you want to give this facility a try.

#2) I started this place about 4 months ago and 1 fun thing I have participated was in a team challenge. In this we learned alot about ourselves and our partners. We were able to push ourselves to limits we didn't think was possible. I lost weight, I was able to get modified exercises when needed, and WE WON!

#3) I have also enrolled my 12yr old daughter and she expressed that she has gained alot of confidence and strength.

I recommend this place with our amazing trainers to EVERYONE!!!!

This gym is a true blessing in my life. When I walked in 2 1/2 years ago, my goal was simply to lose weight. It has become part of my lifestyle and made me feel so confident that I now reach for the stars. I was able to participate in one of the challenges that they create and I learned not only to lose weight, but to maintain it and build lean muscle. I get so many compliments from my family and friends on how great I look. I have tried other forms of exercise and this is the only one that works for me. The trainers are wonderful and any questions that I have regarding problem areas that I need to work on and/or diet, they are always there to help me. I definitely will be staying for a long time.

Excellent gym with excellent trainers! All fitness levels welcome, trainers adjust workouts to suit your level. My favorite part is the short duration, 30-40 minutes total but it’s definitely a workout

ABSOLUTELY LOVE Hiit AF!!!

i've always been afraid to go to the gym because i had no clue what i was doing. my mom and i decided to give Hiit AF a try and have been part of the family for 8 months now. it's a fun activity for us to do together and gave us both the confidence to workout alone too. working out is actually fun! the workouts are already preplanned (making it less stressful) and Steven & Shantay guide you through it all (making the experience more personable).

HIGHLY recommend you do a trial class (& get a membership)!

Amazing workout!! Every time I go I feel rejuvenated and alive!! And I love the 1:1 workouts for my brother! He’s special needs and it’s awesome to know there’s a workout designed specifically for him!! Hands down, you need to check this place out!! It’s amazing!
