I Love coming here. I had left a gym where I never knew what kind of mood the personal trainer was going to be in and there was no room from my last Personal trainer to change things up . I hated walking on pins and needles.. Enter HIIT IT Fitness. I was welcomed right away. I love the people I work out with. I love the approaches of the trainers. Always something new and the hour goes by quick. I feel a work out every time. Its not the same as going to a gym where its all hard core training but its great for balance ,mobility, resistance training, and community. I give Shay and Gabe ( there are other trainers as well but I have only worked with these 2) so much credit for their patience , willingness to be open to whatever is going on with not only me and my "ailments" but working with us in what is the best way to achieve what we need to accomplish for that day and for the future. I always feel better when I leave after my workout.

I first stumbled across HIIT It Fitness when I was searching for a new gym in the area. I came in to try a class not really sure what to expect. It was challenging but in a way that made me want to come back and see where I could go with it. I ended up joining as a member, and for the past year, it’s been a constant in my routine.

There’s always something new to look forward to with a variety of classes offered from full body to upper or lower body focused sessions to mobility training. I really like the smaller class format, which makes it possible to get guidance on proper form and modifications to make exercises more or less challenging depending on each person’s needs. Outside of regular class programming, there have also been many opportunities to try out new things such as sports therapy, yoga, and self defense classes.

What truly sets HIF apart is its community. It's a place where members genuinely support each other, celebrate milestones big and small, and are there to give a helping hand. At the heart of everything is Coach Shay, the gym owner, who has been so supportive in my fitness journey and puts so much care and dedication into running the gym and welcoming anyone who comes in through its doors.

If you're looking for a new gym home where you can grow and challenge yourself, please give HIT It a try! There will be a lot of sweat but also a lot of fun.

Absolutely love the HIIT. Desperate to start my fitness journey, I decided to try HIIT It after researching several gyms and fitness studios. Before my first class I was overwhelmed and felt that I was not going to fit in. However, Coach Shay made that first class an amazing experience. And now I am a regular member.

All the coaches are awesome. They pay individual attention to your strengths and limitations and guide you based on that. The community is so welcoming and warm and the energy here is so positive and empowering.

As a veteran of a few other programs and lots of personal training, I can honestly say HIT IT is everything I’ve been looking for.

I found HIIT It Fitness while getting takeout. I reached out and immediately received a response to say come try a free class. My husband and I enjoyed the first class so much that we signed up for a week pass. That turned into a fabulous membership. The classes are fun, the people are friendly, and you get one of the best workouts. The coaches are encouraging throughout the class and if you have any injuries or limitations, the coaches will make sure the exercise is modified to your level/comfort. Shay is amazing, always smiling, and always willing to help in any way she can. Love this studio and recommend all to check it out.

Shay and Team are incredibly warm and welcoming. When you haven't worked out in a VERY long time and you are no longer in your 20's, 30's or even 40's - but realize you need to do something in order to live a healthy second half of life - this is the place to go. There are a ton of modifications that can be done so you still get a great workout and Shay will make sure you are safe along the way. My only regret is not finding Shay sooner!

Joined the gym not too long ago. Came from an Orange Theory back ground and got to say I feel like I get a much better workout here! The coaches are phenomenal, always clear and concise with their direction and demos and not afraid to push you along! I’ve been working out here since they opened in January and I absolutely love it! Anthony & Shay are fabulous trainers who really know their stuff and each workout has been awesome. I’ve worked with trainers for many years, so I know a good one when I see one. The workouts are designed to work certain muscles and specific movements (upper body-pull, lower body-push). They also offer high intensity and low(er) intensity full body classes that always Hiit the right spots!
The vibe of the gym is community with all age groups and everyone encourages each other. The workouts are challenging but fun because of the community vibe, knowledgeable trainers and great music.
If you’re looking for your new favorite gym to get fit and stay healthy, come work out with us-you’ll be glad you did!

I love this gym! I will finally get a great quality workout every single day. I've tried a lot of gyms (big box gyms, bootcamps, and HIIT gyms) and none of them seem to measure up to HIIT It Fitness. I love how they focus on muscle groups on different days of the week (M, T, Th, F). This will totally help me focus on the muscle that I am working on, and I know I'll lose fat and gain muscles. I gotta make sure I don't miss a day. LOL! Oh, they do have full-body workout every Wednesday & Saturday and Recovery & Mobility every Sunday. They also offer "open gym" but you gotta add it to your membership, which is fine with me because it doesn't cost that much. I think they have the best pricing for membership in South OC. As for the coaches they are AMAZING and personable, they will correct your form when needed and give good advice on fitness and nutrition.

If you're in OC and looking for a great HIIT gym, HIIT It Fitness is a MUST TRY! Btw, I reside in Riverside and I drive all the way to Mission Viejo just to get my workout on at HIIT It Fitness...for real! :)
