I love this place. I have not been consistent like I was before. After my mom’s passing it’s hard to step in there she was my motivation to always help her on her walker and doing everything I can for her with the strength I had. I’m still living the darkness life still living with anger. This gym gives me light and remembering I was strong once and I can be strong again. Thank you for the amazing remodeling. It fades my memories away for the better so I can be so much better. 🫶🏻

I like that the gym has a dim, relaxed atmosphere and the newly updated equipment is great. However, the cable machines definitely need an upgrade, and the showers don’t have warm water, so I wouldn’t recommend showering here if you prefer hot showers. I’d also suggest bringing your own headphones the gym only plays rock music, and it’s not really the vibe for my workouts. Overall, it’s decent, but there’s room for improvement.

I recently started coming to this gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and I’m really loving it. Honestly, I like it way more than my school gym. This gym lighting sets the vibe perfectly. The people here are respectful, helpful, and always clean up after themselves. It’s even kid-friendly. I’ve seen kids doing jump rope. So if you have kids, you should bring them along with u. Great environment overall.

Great gym and great equipment but some members feel like they own the gym, I asked for some plates on a machine no one was on for 20 minutes and the girl told me she was using it, she was sitting on a machine for ten plus minutes not using it either, then the same plates she denied me and never used she reracked and gave me a nasty look, the gyms for everyone bud

Great environment, really gives you that esthetics of an old school gym . Membership prices are reasonable , I think only downside I have found is the sanitation . I’m used to commercial gym where each member can grab their own towel and toss it with the dirty towels at the end of their workouts .

But as I mentioned that also adds to the esthetics to that old school gym vibe . So not a deal breaker imo .

I enjoy working out at this gym but just yesterday I went after 8pm and there were kids at the gym not even working out just sitting while I’m waiting to use the machine a lot of them just playing around I’m used to going at 8am so seeing this felt like kids under 18 should at least be present with a parent or something overall good gym
