This place is genuinely welcoming. The vibe is friendly and supportive, which is refreshing. The programming is solid, the equipment is well-maintained, and somehow they've managed to create a space where people actually seem to enjoy suffering through burpees together. My go-to when I'm in LA.

OMG OMG OMG. Thank God I went to that nonsense crossfit place in pasadena because if I didn't go there, I would have never in a million years search for this amazing, one of those hidden gems of a place. Where do I begin? ? ?
Called them, and right away, one of the owners, Sam, texted. Ack and right away, we started talking. I set up a meeting and went there the next day to meet him but unfortunately he couldn't make it so then I met the other owner, Kevin. He is one of the sweetest people I have ever met in my life. THEY OFFER ONE FREE SESSION, so I took it and the next day was Tuesday I went. Lucky enough, I met the other owner, Sam. These people I am talking about, Sam & and Kevin, are by far angels sent from heaven to help anyone in need to get in shape. Do not get me wrong, the prices compared to other places are so much better, and this place and their crew truly care about your well-being. I have been to quite a few gyms or fitness places in my lifetime and and all I can day is that this place is unmatched to any gym I have ever been to. They are one he'll of a motivators and if they see you are struggling or can't do the workout or the session, they do not push you to your brink. They actually care. I almost forgot about one of the other coaches, Andrew. He is one hell of a coach, just like Sam and Kevin. Also, he is one of the nicest people I have ever met, just like Sam and Kevin. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Sam, Kev, and Andrew, for pushing me to get in the best possible shape of my life. Love , love, love you with the bottom of my heart. I started coming here over a year ago for personal training and it's been the best decision of my life. Kevin, Sam and all the coaches do a great job at keeping your pace up while maintaining proper form. The classes are fun and I've met some great people. Highly recommend!

Great place the coaches are excellent. They make you feel right at home and push you further then you can ever have imagined. The last time I was in CrossFit was approximately 12 years ago. I was a little nervous coming in, but jewel city CrossFit have outstanding coaches and a great program that you will immediately see results. I’m here to stay and compete in the CrossFit games. I was looking for a place to start training after getting 50 years old. I learned about the CrossFit, so I looked at internet, and I found Jewel city CrossFit. On the first day, I met Kevin, and he took me through an introductory session. That was one of the most courageous and motivating training I had ever had. He and the rest of coaching staff became friends and there care and participation changed my physical abilities dramatically. I feel home when I am in the gym and they are all like family now. Beside all, they are all professional coaches, well aware of anatomy and physiology which are very important and delicate issue while training people in the middle ages. I feel so lucky to find jewel city CrossFit, and really thankful of all the staff, especially Kevin.

I joined this amazing gym 5 years ago to help lose the post-pregnancy weight and to get back in shape agin. It’s become a sanctuary for me now! Coaches are very knowledgeable and pay attention to your physical abilities, as well as restrictions and suggest modifications accordingly. Place is very well-maintained and clean; ambiance and team energy is superb!

The best CrossFit gym in LA! Kevin and Sam and the rest of the Jewel City crew have created the best community around. I look forward to the challenging yet fun workouts and you can guarantee no workout will ever be the same. If this is day 1 or day 1000 in the gym, you will find something to love about JCCF! As a self-proclaimed gym rat who has been to more gyms in the Greater Los Angeles Area than I care to admit, I've got to say this gym is the real deal. The workouts are intense and varied and the coaching is personalized and focused. The gym is cleaned on the regs (a rarity in the CF Box world IMO), the bathrooms are stocked with all the stuff you'll ever need and parking is a-plenty. Kevin and Sam (aka "the owners") genuinely care about every single member that walks through their door - whether you're a drop in from another state/country or a life-long JCCF-er, you are treated as an integral part of this amazing community.

Best crossfit box in town. People are friendly and owners are pretty cool too. They have changed their workout program which I really like. I have even taken my daughter from time to time. Also gotta visit Olympic weightlifting coach Galust, he is a rare find that teaches you correct movements and is a cool guy to talk to about the good old days.
