After a couple years and a couple kids I needed to get back into shape. I have a background in martial arts and prefer workouts that are fast paced and fun (sorry yoga).

During my introductory class I liked the way Voula taught the techniques and I enjoyed feeling like a student again so I signed up for 3 months that day. I thought it was a good amount of time to "commit" in hopes of seeing results - and I have! So glad I can fit into my old clothes again!

Now I've been working out here going on 5 months and in addition to the weight loss, I feel my strength and speed coming back - it's an awesome feeling! I like that the classes aren't an hour long like other places, they have 30 and 45 minute options which suits my style (short and sweet with lots of sweat).

Thanks to all the great instructors, I like being yelled at and cheered on :D

Kickhouse is great specifically because of the awesome coaches. Special shout out to Wichita for always leading every class with so much energy and gives me the push that I need. Really appreciate his fun energy and his great techniques which helps me to become stronger and at the same time enjoying the 45 minutes sweat sessions!

I’ve been taking classes for a few months & I always look forward to Wichita’s classes. He’s has calm and easy-going demeanor coupled with his extensive knowledge of various techniques and his personal attention makes him a favorite. I love the vibe durning class, the play list is hitting the club lights popping and the workout is amazing. I leave dripping with sweat and feeling like I accomplished something great. It’s not easy but Wild Wichita Warrior workout is that motivating and he a true hype man which makes him the ideal teacher for anyone. I’m 50yrs old & during my initial weeks in his class, I was quite nervous. I thought I'd be intimidated by the challenge with little to no background in kickboxing. Instead, he patiently waited for the right moment to start pushing and challenging me further. His ability to gauge when to challenge his students and when to ease up is truly commendable. As a woman navigating this chaotic world, I can confidently say that I now feel more empowered and self-assured in my ability to defend myself should the need arise. And his classes are an amazing workout! If you're considering starting your training with Kickhouse, don't hesitate for a moment. You won't regret it.

Love these classes. Everyone is really nice, and everyone is in a different phase of their fitness journey, so people of all sizes come and do what your body is capable of while pushing to get stronger. It's strictly a fitness class so there's no sparring or anything crazy.

I work 50 hours a week and am a single mom. The variety of classes is better than any other facility. A lot of places are only mornings. This location has lunch break and crazy late evening classes. There is no excuse for not finding time to get in here.

Wonderful side note…. There are air fresheners hidden around the huge room and minimal mirrors. I know I look terrible. I know I smell terrible, but end of day…. Doing my best is all that really matters….

I had a hard time finding a kickboxing studio near me and so glad I came across KickHouse. I love being able to punch and kick something while getting a great workout. The coaches always challenge and push me, but also keep it fun. Best way to start my day! I only wish they offered more early morning PowerKick classes.

Get up off the couch and try KickHouse! Get rid of couch constipation, break a sweat 💦 and feel better about yourself because you worked hard during class. Walk out feeling like the human 4.0 strong, sturdy and build those muscles.

The facility is clean and ventilated. The coaches all offer something different and are temperate (not spitting in your face like Daffy Duck) but they do encourage and instruct and it goes by rather quickly when you focus. I'm just starting the journey here but have already felt the difference ☺️ recommend the first free class ASAP!

You could always modify the workouts depending on your ability so it's definitely doable (you don't require a background in Muay Thai or anything), but the guidance is worthwhile.

You could grab some cute workout clothes at a decent price too, hand wraps and more!

I've been coming here for less than two weeks and I LOVE IT!!!! The instructors take the time to really show you the combinations. The instructors are very helpful especially when you feel like your not getting the combinations down they are more than happy to help you. I always feel good every time I am done with class!!! I highly recommend to try this gym.

I’ve been a member for a month at KickHouse and absolutely love the variety of classes and the different teaching styles of each coach. I’ve been coming to class 5 days a week and have noticed my arms and shoulders gaining more definition which I really appreciate because my own workouts are typically lower body-heavy. Great environment, wonderful staff and community, and overall good way to get cardio, weight-training, accountability, and support into your health and fitness routine!

Best Cardio Workout in town! Been coming here since Dec 2020 and this place has made me super fit! I was a 3-4 day a week gym goer doing my own routine, but Kick House is my cardio routine now! I have met awesome peeps here as well! This group pushes you to be a "Better You" Thanks Voula, Justin, Steph, Johura, Nat & Julain for my best shape ever!!

When I joined KickHouse I was in dire need of change. I had been working out for years and my results sort of halted and I began to doubt myself and it led to regaining lost weight and a downward spiral of self hate. I’d wake up every day stressing about what workout I was going to do and was it enough, was I eating right? It was torture!
I started my 6 week challenge in November and after a few weeks in I had to stop due to COVID. I restarted in January and let me tell you, Shannon Kickhouse was right.. restarting was definitely harder than starting. This time I found myself struggling to kick the sugar and get all those veggies in but I kept on going and 6 weeks later I lost 6 % body fat and almost 10 lbs… but what I have gained far outweighs that little number! I have gained confidence in myself, I have learned I am a work in progress… ALWAYS, and I that I freaking LOVE kickboxing!! I am not where I want to be … YET, but I’m a lot closer than I was and more importantly I don’t hate myself anymore, I don’t wake up dreading working out. I love the classes!!!
I remember Eric C KickHouse asking me that first day; “What’s your reason for coming ?” And I gave some generic answer; but I realize now my reason is- I want to see what I am made of! I am so excited to see more growth both physically and mentally and I am so thankful I took that first step! ☺️

I was looking for a way to get back into working out but was dreading going to the gym. I got an Instagram ad telling me about the 6 week challenge and I decided to try it out. I’ve always wanted to do kickboxing but never did. And I am so glad this is where I started my journey. All the coaches are nice, motivating, and push you to do more. I’m getting the best workouts & learning a new skill. I recommend it to all my friends!

I joined Kick House with no prior kickboxing experience, and ended up loving it! The instructors are all very knowledgeable and so helpful and patient. The music is upbeat and high energy. After the 6 week challenge, I am down a clothing size. I feel so much stronger and have toned up quite a bit. I have nothing but positive things to say about Kick House Yorba Linda. If you are on the fence about trying it out, just do it!

First and foremost the gym is very clean! They take very good care of their equipment and are always sanitising. It makes me feel very comfortable especially during these times. All the trainers are awesome! They know their stuff and are super motivating during class and push you to get the best workout you possibly can. They are patient and helpful if you are struggling with any of the exercises and are always making sure you are in correct form so you get the most out of your workout and to prevent any injury. Kickhouse has been a game changer for me. I’m excited to workout again. The class is fun and always changing so you never get bored. Kickhouse rocks!

I love KickHouse boxing studio! It’s an intense workout packed into 45 min. All the instructors are great and have a different style, so class never feels boring or redundant. The schedule is amazing, I love that they have a class midday 12-1230am during the week! I’m not a morning person so this class helps me stay committed to going 4-5 times a week. I’ve noticed I have become stronger and my boxing and kicking techniques have improved a lot. I also have a lot of fun, the staff is very friendly and the atmosphere at the studio is very comfortable.
