Sarah is the best. As a pilates novice and recovering from a major leg injury, I was looking for a class that would help my recovery, enhance my core and would have more "hands on" support than my prior experiences (10+ people on reformers with an instructor focused more on the music than getting you to proper alignment). Sarah operates out of a beautiful small studio, provides personalized instruction in a group setting and keeps a high variety of movements each class. Highly recommend.

The search is over! I am someone who does not have the discipline or drive to workout alone or in a crowded gym atmosphere. After 40+ years I have found Sarah at Little House Pilates. It is the perfect spot for me! I love the small class size, the cleanliness, and the state-of-the-art equipment, but most of all, I appreciate the expertise, patience, and kindness Sarah brings to every class. For the first time in my life, I actually look forward to working out!

I discovered Little House Pilates during my postpartum recovery after my first child. As a newcomer to Pilates, I was eager to regain my strength, especially with a core that felt like mush. Since then, I’ve attended a mix of private and group sessions, and Sarah has supported me through my first postpartum journey and again during my second pregnancy and recovery.

Sarah is incredibly attuned to my needs and imbalances, offering expert cues that help me get the most out of every exercise. Her deep knowledge of perinatal fitness and anatomy is evident, and every session is both fun and challenging. I always leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and refreshed.

Sarah is truly exceptional. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, supportive, and skilled Pilates instructor.

Sarah is amazing. I look forward to my pilates sessions with her every week. My body always thanks me afterwards. She is thoughtful and careful in her approach and challenges me at the same time. I have lower back pains and my body just isn't as strong since having babies. Sarah is knowledgeable about the body and especially post partum care to regain strength. I am so glad I found her.

I could not be more grateful that I met Sarah. I have done pilates over the years and have had some great teachers but working with Sarah is on a different level. She truly personalizes all the exercises to your body. I love that she doesn't put me in a box or put any limits on what I can or cannot do. Since working with her I can do things in the studio and in everyday life that I wasn't able to do before. Sarah is also one of the kindest people you will ever meet. Sarah has been a cure to my ailing back. I’ve had back problems my whole life and have been repeatedly in and out of physical therapy. While it initially helps, I haven’t had a permanent fix until I started Pilates with Sarah. Sarah meticulously watches how I move and caters her sessions to my needs. Her detail to form is a true sediment of her knowledge and care of her students. I am happy to say my back feels much better and my body is stronger. As I’ve progressed, Sarah tailors to my advancement and pushes me the perfect amount. She is kind and cautious of my needs, constantly monitoring my moves. I started taking Pilates mat classes from Sarah during the pandemic. I had recently given birth and was looking for movement that allowed me to build strength, flexibility, support posture, and was gentle for my postpartum body. Sarah was extremely knowledgeable, creative, and a very great educator. She was thorough in her explanations of the different moves and created modifications based on what my body was needing at the time and continued to provide modifications as my body grew stronger.

Her classes flow seamlessly and progress in a way that is balanced. I always feel as though I’m getting a well rounded workout and Sarah has focused on the entire body. I always leave feeling as though I’ve had a great workout and moved my body in a way that is healthy and strong.
