I started working out with Karly in January for 30 min/3 times a week and since then I feel so much stronger, happier and of course healthier. She is an amazing trainer who always pushes me to do more and get better in every way. Her trainings are always challenging and so much fun at the same time, even if it’s at 5:30 AM 😂 It makes me so happy to see getting the best version of myself. Karly has been a blessing to our family. My husband and I started her program over a month ago and it has made a difference in our physical and mental health. We workout with her 3 times a week for 60 minutes.

I finally have my body back, thanks to a very knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated personal trainer Karly!
My buttocks are firm and shaped beautifully, so I don’t feel like thong bikinis are not for me anymore. My legs and arms are more toned and I said goodby to my ridiculous muffin top!!
Most of all, I DO LOVE to exercise now!!!!( whaaaat???!!!)
Karly designed workouts that were tailored to my specific needs/ target areas, she adjusted intensity and gave an alternate exercises to alleviate the pain in my injured low back and shoulders without sacrificing the quality of the workouts (as other trainers done in the past).
She is the most caring and passionate trainer I’ve ever met, and she WILL find the right words/things to encourage you!!!
