I joined a year ago with only experience doing things in my garage or at a fit-box club and the coaches here really helped me feel like a real boxer. It's a great facility and each coach offers a different style of boxing that'll turn you into a dynamic fighter. This is an ideal gym for newbies or seasoned boxers and I highly encourage anyone consistently lacing up some gloves to give it a try!

Each class starts off with a few minutes of jumping rope. Be prepared with your wraps on before class starts! The 45 minutes pack a punch. Coach Vic and Coach Romie are both excellent! They each have individual styles of teaching and I loved training on speed and vigilance with Coach Vic and form and the art of boxing with Coach Romie. The studio is well maintained and they have a restroom

I only moved to LA for a short three month period and I can easily say that this gym became a sanctuary for me. I absolutely loved the workouts, coaches and people. (Special shout-out to coach Vic). Seriously though, it’s the only thing I miss about LA. Everyone was always so welcoming too. You’ll not only get amazing work outs and incredible results but have friendly faces around.

I just moved to LA & checked few boxing club. I’m so happy I found this gem. Great coaches with different styles who know exactly what they are doing & always push you to your limit. The results are here, I progress technically, physically and mentally after each class. A family/close friends feeling thanks to the members (real melting pot) & coaches. Top equipment. Super clean. Just love it!

Competence: Trainers who have the technical chops and the empathy to work with people of all different sizes, fitness and experience levels

Members Only is the first boxing gym in LA I've found that hits all 3 Cs. The coaches know exactly what they are doing and are demanding while still being incredibly supportive; the gym - and it is a legit boxing gym, with a full ring and tons of bags and equipment - is clean and everything works; and the members could not be a more encouraging and driven bunch. The emphasis is on boxing - the sweet science rather than the glam cardio version you might find in Equinox - and a lot of time is spent on drills that help you learn the sport in the right way. The owner, Kollins, has a great sense of humor and technical mastery and the other coaches I've worked with have also been very knowledgable and helpful. The gym has very quickly become a core part of my weekly routine and I'm excited to continue progressing.

I have a love/hate relationship with this gym. The gym, coaches, members are all amazing at this gym. I love the feeling of family they curate, but hate how hard the coach’s workout regimens are and how strict they are at keeping me accountable. But it’s all worth it in the end because I definitely see results. My boxing fundamentals and my physical fitness are constantly improving. Come join and see for yourself and develop the new you!

Members Only B & F is the place to be if you want to be pushed physically and mentally to the best you. They have boxing and conditioning trainers with all types of background experience that keeps you growing. All members that attend are very positive and when having a bad day you can always count with Members Only to come out at ease after a great workout!
