Diego has changed my perspective on health and breathed new life into my fitness goals.

I have been working out with him for several months and am already seeing and feeling noticeable results.

I was stuck in a group fitness routine for several years, but never seeing any progress despite eating relatively healthy and working out 5 - 6 days a week with a lot of cardio. What I have learned is that I was doing it all wrong. That’s where the expert Diego has stepped in.

Rather than quickly exercising with little to no breaks in between exercises and am in/out in 45 minutes, I’m now focused on quality reps increasing weights and changing it up so that I’m not stuck in the same routine. I’ve gotten stronger and can push myself to do more with his coaching.

The meal plan is also a big plus, I don’t have to think about what to eat when, he spells it out.

I have been training with Diego Meza for three months now and within this time I have started to see noticeable improvements in my general health and wellbeing, as well as with my physical appearance. This is in large part due to Diego’s coaching. Diego’s extensive experience in the sport of bodybuilding and nutrition have helped me get back onto a manageable workout routine that fits into my busy lifestyle (as a corporate tax attorney with four young children under 7…time comes at a premium).

I haven’t weight-trained in over 15 years. I thought getting back to working out was going to be tough. Diego is the best personal trainer I have ever had! I have been working out for years now and have never achieved optimal results until following his plan.

From day one he showed me various techniques I was using that were actually HINDERING my growth. I picked up a lot of sloppy habits over the years and didn’t know it. By the first session he showed me why I was getting joint and back pain and not seeing growth!

If that wasn’t worth every penny alone, he set me up with an exercise program tailored especially for me, my age and my workout habits. He included supplements, workout plans and even when to rest. He left all the guess work out.

By week two I was feeling tone, and by week 4 I had lost 8 pounds and gained noticeable muscle. And people at work were noticing, which gave me even more confidence and drive.

If you want to get the body you want, Diego is definitely the man to go to! He is very knowledgeable about nutrition and about how the body works.
