I can't say enough great things about this place, there is nowhere else I'd rather work out. Marco Norato, the owner and his brother Michael, are not only genuinely great people, both grew up boxing and are the REAL DEAL. As a woman first learning boxing 2 years ago, I became comfortable instantly. The 1:1s are thoughtful, customized and expert. The group classes are incredibly warm-spirited, communal, and excellently coached. Additionally, Marco has a degree in kinesiology, and it shows. I love knowing I'm being taught the correct way to box, stretch, and lift. He has equipment designed to help avoid and heal from injuries. It's a family run business that genuinely treats clients like family. Recently expanded to include a full-scale, real ring- you simply won't find a better boxing gym. Since I joined this gym, my transformation - both physically and mentally - has been incredible. I've gained muscle and lost 20 pounds of flab. Before, I struggled to do 20 pushups, and now I can do 120. I'd never thrown a punch before but am now sparring in the boxing ring. My clothes have never fit better and I've never felt better - or more confident. At 59 I'm in the best shape ever, and I owe it all to coaches Marco and Michael at Muscles and Knuckles. The best part is that whether it's boxing or weight training, it never feels like work. They've made this gym such a fun place to work on - and achieve - your fitness goals.

Marco's rad. Super personable, keeps you motivated, really helpful whenever I'm dealing with post-workout cramps 'cuz I'm out of shape. I'm the kind of guy that dreads having to go to the gym but once I'm at M&K and get going I don't regret it.

I love working out on the bags and conditioning at Muscles and Knuckles. Marco is great at training and encouraging the class each step of the way toward personal goals. My mind never talks me out of missing because of the environment Marco has created and the support from others I receive. I have know Marco since 6 grace. When he told me him and his brother where getting their own place to start a small gym/ personal training. I never in a thousand years would had imagine a place like Muscles and Knuckles. This place not only looks amazing but is well maintain and super clean. When it comes to start workin out, you are motivated by the trainers, you are push to your limits. At the same time your trainer is always checking up on you to making sure you are ok or if you need to rest. You just feel that great motivation to not quit when working out. I rather come to a place like this where I know I would get a great workout and not be judge by how I look or who I am. I just feel welcome every time I come in and motivated to workout to achieve my goal. Thank you muscles and knuckles for having such great customer service and a safe clean facility.
