I used to train here at Omnimovement and it was such a great gym to go to. The people you train with and the coaches are some of the best people you’ll meet. They throughly explain everything when it comes to offense or defense, if you’re looking for a great gym this is the place to go.

My son has been learning Muay Thai at this gym since he was 6 years old — it’s been 3 years now. You can really feel that every coach treats him like family, helping him improve every single day. He truly enjoys this sport. We’ve thought about moving back to San Francisco a few times, but my son disagreed because he said he doesn’t want to leave this gym. He loves growing up here.

When I first moved to the bay area, the omni movement provided me with better dance skills and an entire community here. It has really enhanced my entire experience in the bay and im so grateful to be apart of this community and make new friends 😊

If you want to be ACTUALLY BE GOOD -- I can't recommend this place enough. Coach Steve builds up people with zero experience into to champions; 99% of coaches can't do that. The classes are super fun too. 10/10 recommend.

Classes here aren't just workouts, but great lessons in the art of fighting. Coaches focus on details and technique, and prioritize safety far more than other gyms in the area. And even so, sparring and constant pressure testing is encouraged here. Their fight philosophies are not rooted in backwards traditions. An example is that they have serious fighters cross training with OTHER gyms. Many other organizations would discourage this. It's a sign of how they value what's BEST for their fighters, which means they value taking care of YOU. All are welcome here, all martial arts backgrounds are valued. They really live up to the "Omni" in their name.

The instructors are kind, they motivate you, and are fun to be around. This gym is what you need after a stressful day at work. Come take a class and the stress leaves your body while you enjoy the workout. The instructors are friendly, encouraging, and most of all... They teach you how to improve during every class. They will teach you at your level, which is nice especially if you have martial arts experience. You never have to lag behind your potential at omni. Steve and Dom are top notch in my book.

I’ve been training here with Dom for about 3 months now and have progressed significantly in all areas of my Muay Thai and Conditioning. He has an innate ability to personalize his training to your body as well as your specific strengths in order to help you develop a personal fighting style while staying focused on technique. I highly recommend the studio and all the coaches/trainers in it!

My home gym when I'm in the bay area. This an excellent place to get fight and sports training. Some weeks I'm here everyday, others I get too sore. There are no egos and everyone seems willing to help and be beneficial to your training needs.

I found out about this gym through a friend and wanted to try the Muay Thai Kickboxing and Strength and Conditioning classes. Both of the coaches, Ahmed and Steve, were extremely helpful and made me feel right at home. They both took time to give personal instruction. The environment and group of people you train with are all friendly and supportive, too! I'd definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is tired of using treadmills and want a different way of getting in shape.
