I used to think that LA Fitness in BP was good until I met PF in BP. LA Fitness is clean but PL in BP is even cleaner! Plenty of parking. Staff are always cleaning and even members are nice enough to clean after using machines. There’s a sense of community and belonging that this PL has built that encourages members to clean. The staff are attentive and willing to help. I’ve had more positive experiences w staff than negative. I think we’ve all had a bad day at work. It happens. I advised that the water filter was red. They listened and was replaced. Many times for many months, I informed LA Fitness staff that two of the water stations were red and nothing happened. This is a small gym but it has everything. There’s nothing wrong w being small if the customer is the priority, place is clean, and the equipment is maintained, which this gym does a good job expediting repairs!

It's an alright location. A bit cramped and also missing some basic lifting machines because of the lack of space I think. It's kept clean and the staff are friendly. Overall a good experience, but could be better. They could add the missing lifting machines instead of so many walkers. Needs better space management.

I had a couple bad experiences at this location with the young manager (girl) , she is very rude , has attitude and can never resolve my problems. I do not recommend , I since switch to the one located in La Puente . I recommend that location 10x better , friendly staff and great customer service!

FYI: Don't buy locks in there for it is useless. You will pay $9+ but you will not have you own locker and the worst part is that they can access it. That's what happened to me today,they don't know where my lock is and they changed their policy from last week. I was told upon signing up that if I will buy a lock there, I will have my own locker and can leave it locked all the time. However, when I went there today, my lock was gone. I was told that they take all locks at night. I was shocked. I spoke to them about my concern, one told me they will replace my lock. The other lady said they won't replace it. It's so frustrating. My take away--just buy your own lock. Area also gets crowded most of the time. 😇

Good clean fun 😁 A little crowded because it's a smaller facility but they have everything you need to get your workout in. Impressed with this specific gym because of the equipment they carry. Thanks PF 🫂

No judgement zone my foot... Came in to check out place maybe sign up.... Nah no thanks staff seemed like I was bothering them. Didn't seem attentive wouldn't waste my time to go back. Also small gym.

Horrible experience I'm just here from out of town in the area thought I'd be able to come and just shower I guess they don't believe in hot water heaters no hot water at all prison showers have more heat than this place
