Sure wish this planet fitness location was under new management, the current management has lost its way on how a gym is supposed to function and operate. I informed the staff about 2 months ago about broken machines. Come back from a business trip and the exact same machine is still broke. Told them about it the same day, the next day still broke and no out of order sign. Cool. People talking on FaceTime with no headphones in the actual gym area instead of the lobby like the signs dictate. Half the staff walks by and doesn’t say anything.

Overall, not a bad gym.
Two small issues:

First, the staff needs to be a bit more proactive rather than just sitting at the desk. I've seen a few people engaging in "exercises" that can hurt them when misusing equipment.

Second, the number of kids during the free summer has made it unusable between 10am and 12am. They sit in groups around all the equipment don't move for an hour or more.

Front desk staff is super friendly and helpful, but not well staffed at night. I come at night to tan and its hit or miss whether someone will be at the desk to turn on the tanning bed for me. Need to hire more people or have people who stay at the desk

Their dedication to creating a welcoming and supportive environment is evident in every interaction. Just a great place. The whole staff is awesome. Donovan does a great job. Takes care of his customers. Justine and Dionte and Master Sergeant Alejandria are all awesome. Greet you and try their best to help and take care of you. Hydro beds and massage chairs are awesome. Love that they encourage people to wipe down machines after use and keep the bottles and towels full. Big time recommend over 24 hour fitness and any other one up here. I truly feel like family here. I hadn't been in for a while due to hand procedure at Kaiser. Donovan greeted me and wanted to know what happened. Alejandria is such a great person. Justine came over to me right away to check on me when I came in and was so helpful. This is what customer service should be.

Fantastic gym. The thing I like the most about this gym is the super friendly window cleaning guy. He usually stands out front or walks the parking lot doing people's windows for free and accepting whatever tips people seem appropriate. Unlike most people this guy never asks for a handout, plus he does a really fantastic job cleaning your windows. Ask him for a business card, because he has a mobile auto detailing business called "Just In Case It's Dirty Detailing". Phenomenal prices compared to the industry standard.

I love this gym, the staff are great and the environment is good BUT I have witnessed multiple people on multiple occasions (im here every day) use machines and not wipe them down after and I feel like there should be an employee on the floor watching for this and enforcing cleanliness.

I would 5 star if I didn't have to take time out of my work out to wipe down machines before I use them in fear of it being dirty .
Having to wipe the machine down before and after I use it takes time from my workout.
I've been here 30 mins today and seen it twice already 🤢

I go around 10pm and it’s pretty empty. Staff are respectful and if you need to check out any equipment just ask the staff. It’s a great location as well. Haven’t came across any broken equipment. Great place to work out.

Wow, it's small but nice has everything you need to get a workout and showers are clean! Hurray! 😁😍💕 finally a clean bathroom and good service 🙌 👏 also, the shower water pressure was excellent! It's a rare find most Planet Fitness we have tried, we're very disappointing in that the showers were always with broken handles and no water pressure and dirty 😕 😢. Hope this place will remain consistent 👍 ❤️ 💙.

This is my home town planet fitness. I was IN SHOCK when I saw two staff members in the bathroom doing a full service cleaning! Big shout out to Aiden and Tadeo (I hope I spelled these names correctly). They deserve a pay raise. I let them know I just got back from a road trip( since december 4th), where I've been to 50 different planet fitness locations where I've given 99% of them one star reviews due to filth and disgusting bathrooms and broken fixtures etc.. You guys are setting the standard. Keep it up!

The staff are amazing. They create a welcoming and supportive environment that makes me want to come to the gym. This club is nice, clean, and has good machines The staff is nice and helpful. It seems like they read my feedback about the girls cleaning the men’s bathroom (it would be completely inaccessible for 30-40mins for us men) so I changed my 1 star rating to a 5. Ty PF staff!

I have been having issues with this gym for awhile, specifically one very unprofessional female employee. Today I’ve had enough and need to post. I see on the tv to always have your earbuds in not to disturb your fellow gym goer. So please tell me why this lady is blasting Mariah Carey and country music to the point I have to blow my eardrums with my earbuds just to hear my own inspirational workout music. This is the same lady who has her friends up front cackling so loud it echoes through the gym and ignores complaints from gym members when equipment isn’t functioning properly. I just don’t understand the unprofessional environment when she is here.

It honestly depends what day and at what time you go on how your gym experience is going to go. Sometimes there won’t be any paper towels in the cleaning station and you’re going to walk to find another. Sometimes the bathroom will be clogged so you’ll have to wait. It’s all relative. The people working there are friendly and always have a hello and goodbye ready. They are easy to find if you have a question or complaint. Of the different locations of planet fitness this is by far my favorite.

Gym bags all over the floor, people parking on their phones on machines, and generally just lazy staff that stays by the desk the whole time.
