I’ve been at Planet Fitness since July and I was working out every day. I was unable to pay my membership because my card got canceled by my bank because I lost my wallet. I had the late fee waived and I went in to pay my membership. Tried to pay two months. The one I was behind and the one that was coming due. They said it was already processing and I still hadn’t got my card. All I had was a temporary from my bank. I ended up paying the month I was behind and they told me to wait a couple more days and I can bring the account Current…. They refused to waive my late fees, even though I was there to pay on time before they charged my account The management is completely unprofessional and honestly ridiculous. There’s no one to contact. They basically told me to cancel my membership if I don’t like it. And they wonder why planet fitness gets such a bad name in the fitness industry it is completely unreasonable, considering I went in to pay the member As I said management at this establishment sucks even when it wasn’t my fault and their system is what caused the error so to summit it all up, I was there to pay my membership. They told me to wait a couple more days then I was charged a late fee that they will not remove. Sounds professional right as far as I’m concerned avoid Planet Fitness at all costs, especially the Hesperia location the individual people that work here are great, but the management at this establishment is unprofessional. The AC has been broken for months and they haven’t got it fixed if they do it’s broke within a couple days again and every time it rains, the roof leaks, and the men’s bathroom toilets are loose and not bolted to the floor properly. This place is falling apart all across the board, broken machines that don’t work everything that you can think of and the management thinks they have time to play Nerf guns The managers were the people playing with the Nerf guns…. they do not clean at all during the day and they leave it night shift. If Night Shift doesn’t have the place spotless they are wrote up…..Allie And Anthony are the manager Anthony lied to me and canceled. My membership. Told me I had to drive in to have it canceled upon arriving. He had already canceled it and lied to my face…. Avoid this club at all costs

I really liked this location until I saw how they treat their employees. Why are employees gum scraping the sidewalks outside of the building? I have never seen any companies do this. seems a bit much. I would hate to work for this company and I wish the best for those young workers. We’re paying for memberships & you can’t even hire a professional? Strange. Glad a new gym is opening up soon.

I love coming to this gym and seeing all the smiling faces that the workers provide. Irma is one of the workers at this gym that always greets people with a smile and encouragement. Since I’m retired I’m able to go Mon-Fri. The employees are nice and the bathrooms are clean. The only thing that bothers me is the people who sit on the equipment on their phone and the people who sit on the equipment and chat with others.

Im editing my review as I want to acknowledge the gym response. I do appreciate I can go to staff if necessary to lodge any complaints. I also forgot to acknowledge an employee, Irma. She is the hardest working employee there as far as I’m concerned. She’s always very friendly and makes a point of saying hi to me and my husband when we’re there and she’s working.

Love the people and workers in this gym. Amazing staff, so sick of the planet fitness cancellation policies though. Feels like jumping through hoops. I would never get a planet fitness membership in my life again, once again nothing to do with workers, only to do with the gyms policies. I change my review of the Planet Fitness in Hesperia off Main St from 5 stars to 0 if that was an option because of the fact that I am a paying, Black Card member that was told i had 15-20 minutes to leave because I had "been there a really long time." Ive been a Black Card member at Planet Fitness for years and in multiple states at that and not once have i ever had an employee tell me i had to leave because I'd "been here too long" I was unaware there was an allotted time limit that paying guests had to use their gym and locker rooms....needless to say i will NOT be returning to this facilty in Hesperia ever again. Extremely disappointed. I used to love Planet Fitness and being a personal trainer, have referred numerous of my clients to this gym which i will now no longer be doing.

This is the best and most well kept Planet Fitness I have been to. Every staff member is kind, friendly and welcoming. They are quick to help and answer any questions or concerns. The equipment is always up to date and when broken it’s fixed very quickly. The locker rooms, showers, restrooms and floors are always clean. I've been going here for about a year and a half with no complaints! The entire gym is always clean, and nothing stays out of order for an unreasonable amount of time (the limited machines especially seem to be priority fixes). The team has a positive and uplifting energy, never making anyone feel like an inconvenience for asking for help or advice. Hands down best overall gym experience I've had!

Good morning, as it’s 5:00 am well I’ve been coming to this gym for about a year now. I use to come in the evenings until one day I came in at 3:30 am and found the gym empty, ever since I’m here almost daily. Well long story short I’ve NEVER seem anyone so dedicated to their job when it came to a GYM! Drew goes through every single machine with such determination and detail, he puts a the plates where they go, I don’t know but I’m impressed, I’ve never thought of the gym employees other than gym trainers! Oh and he is not a janitor! Anyway want to come to a clean and organized gym come during his shift!! You go Mr. Drew (I got his name from his name tag) 🤭🤗😅

If you park your truck in dirt lot across street you may receive a Tiket 200$. I spend 250$ on clothing in Mashalls and Ross and I got a ticket 200$ very disappointed, there is empty desert lot and giving tickets to every truck driver stop by! They have a sign on the wall that says no judging but next to it they have a sign that says you shouldn’t wear tank tops or drink out of a gallon water jug or you are a Lunk. I happens to be wearing a tank top and have my gallon of water that day so it seemed a little strange to me.

Location and membership options are convenient. I’m perplexed by the bench press to treadmill ratio, there are only 3 bench press machines and a gazillion treadmill machines… Every time I visit this location half of the treadmills are not in even being used yet all three bench press machines are being used. I’ve had to wait 30-45 minutes each visit just to bench. I’ve tried to avoid this issue by using the crowd meter and coming in at different times but to no avail because everyone has the same idea to come and bench when there are less people. Why not get rid of some of the treadmills and use the extra space for more bench press stations? If the gym is catered towards cardio then fine but three bench press station are not enough for your current demographic. Also add a deadlifting station and I will add 2 additional stars.

I like seeing a clean gym! There are cleaning stations all around gym so it’s super easy wipe before and after using a machine. They have everything for total body workouts. I haven’t found anything to complain about. I do wish they also had group fitness classes in the mix. I checked out 24 HR Fitness as well but I did not like the vibes. They just cared about selling me the highest membership. I didn’t like their equipment set up. It’s hard to get around it and have space to work out with free weights. Definitely get Planet Fitness membership.

Love this club. Has everything I need: weight machines, total body fitness, hydro massage, deep massage chairs, tanning, bathrooms with lockers and showers (very clean), more lockers, and great employees. They even have a crowd meter on app so I know the best time to work out. Easy check in with their app as well. All in all, best gym for me. You can't beat the value Planet Fitness provides at such a low monthly cost.

The gym layout itself is a bit limited as the rooms that have open space and just open space in general is limited. Overall it all depends and the time of day and what the of the week you go. NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWERS!!!

This is an ongoing problem according to the comments from the last year. Luckily, I'm just passing through and most PF's are actually managed and maintained well. If you live here I'd recommend a different gym if you plan on showering.

Other than that it's a typical PF. The employees I interacted with were very nice. It's clean with plenty of equipment. IF they ever fix the management issue I'd highly recommend joining.

BEFORE you join ANY health club, be sure to READ all of the reviews: I just READ all of the reviews regarding showers & obviously management has KNOWN about this problem with NO HOT WATER for over a year now & have done nothing to resolve it? READ it for yourself. Very disappointing.
I travel a lot & One of the reasons I am a black card member is the ability to have a place to take a hot shower 24/7 as I drive. Very disappointing that 2 out of 3 locations only have cold water. No hot water & I am seriously considering ending my membership & find another health club even if I have to pay a little more.
