Facilities like this are the reason I canceled 24 Hour Fitness: clean (actively cleaning at 4am on a Sunday morning!), equipment in great condition, friendly and helpful staff, and 24-hour on both weekdays and weekends. Wish there were more 24-hour locations 🥲

Shady place. Wanted to cancel the month before and the staff told me I should wait it out the rest of the month without disclosing that the yearly fee would be charged soon. Visited from out of town and was not greeted when I walked in. The gym is small, but it has some machines that I use. Some of the members were louder than I liked, and there was nothing done about it. I can over look all of that but what I saw that had me a bit on edge was the stated of some of the attachments to the cable equipment, I looked worn out and some actually looked rusty.

15 days with the PF Black Card. It's not worth it. The showers are dirty, the shower curtains are covered in fungus. The massage chairs are old and in bad condition, the changing rooms are dirty, the same garbage and dust for 4 days. I don't recommend it.

Required me to write and mail them a letter explaining why I want to cancel my subscription in order to MAYBE cancel it. What a joke.

Response to business: Just because someone signed an "agreement" doesn't mean you have to overcomplicate the cancelation process. If someone no longer wishes to continue paying for your services then one should be able to simply cancel that service with the click of a button. We're in 2024, we're past the time of having to send letters to one another. We all know Planet Fitness is greedy and just wants to overcomplicate the process for someone to cancel their gym membership to prevent people from actually canceling their membership. So after some scary health events I return to pay my bill as the app is not working. I’m not feeling well, but I thought I’ll make a payment and leave quickly. No - I had to update several things so I decide I will just come back and take pictures on my next visit. Not what the 3 foot tall, Aztec warrior - female supervisor wanted to hear - and proceeded to just be un empathetic and bullying for a stupid picture. I was surprise by the cleanliness of this place, for some reason it feels peaceful and the staff are attentive. The music is at the right volume and everyone minding their own business.
My husband and I had different membership. He has this place and I have the Blink.
We alternate and definitely this planet fitness is may better, more machine, respectful and friendly staff.
I’m canceling my Blink membership soon.

Let me start off by saying 24-hour access is amazing. The clerks are super friendly and helpful. I have no issues finding equipment, and there's plenty of space to work out. Great atmosphere, clean, and drama free so far for me. Plenty of parking and the programs that are available are affordable and give you access to massage beds, equipment, and 24 hours of your choice of pain and gain!

I'm not a fan of taking my phone to the gym or everywhere I go, I use the key chain tag when I check in, it's faster and more efficient like self check out when you have a couple of items, scan and go, sometimes they break off, that's just a few pennies on the dollar as opposed to theft, dropping breaking or losing your phone, bring back the tags!

You are my travel fitness facility because you are in every major place I go to, Las Vegas, New Orleans, Houston, Las Cruces, all Southern CA Counties from San Diego to Fresno, I-10 from the Westcoast to New Orleans East!

The place is great and I go here often however lately they have not turned the fans on and it gets really hot especially as a runner. I asked the worker who said they don't turn it on because it's Winter. Regardless of the season, it can still get really hot and I even have trouble breathing with a high intensity run.

I’ve been attending PF since April of 2022 and absolutely love it! I was hesitant to go back to a gym, but I found a welcoming community of supportive individuals. I’m down 40 pounds and working hard on getting fit. It’s clean, organized, and well run. I have a black card, so the hydro massage bed and other amenities are a bonus. There are a variety of individuals at different fitness levels, with all body types, and a spectrum of ages. It’s a diverse population of attendees— all are treated with respect and no judgment.

I go to different planet fitnesses but sadly this is the one closest to my house. Why have staff if they’re going to sit on the check in desks ? Not even a “Welcome” or “have a great day” like the other PFs do. Equipment is dirty. You can see everyone’s sweat marks. Yes they have clean up stations with the towels and sanitation but what’s the point if it’s left empty? Bathrooms are dirty. Instead of sitting around why not fill up the stations and bathrooms ?
I wanted to get a chair massage and the man told me it was ready. It never turned on. I had waited for 5 minutes and nothing. Unfortunately I was on a time crunch so I decided to leave. As a black card member and someone who’s been coming to this gym for a while now I’m disappointed. Wasn’t like this before but now it seems to be going down.

2 leg machines in the “stretching” area that are the same, one doesn’t go to the lowest setting for us smaller people ( so in other words it’s partly broken) , and the other would be taken by a person who is for a good fraction of the time just on their phone sitting down (so frustrating) . Honestly this disappoints me since this is the newer planet fitness. Also delayed start with the hydro massage chairs. Sometimes have to check twice to see if it’ll turn on.

I have been to several Planet Fitness gyms in the Inland Empire and this gym has been the dirtiest gym I've seen. I know that as members we need to do our part as well. joined an after 4 weeks of going and they were packed every time, did some workouts, gave up kids playing on their phones, instead of working out, or people hogging machines, got on 3 treadmills didnt even work right, got on the elliptical's an 2 didnt even start the timer it kept jumping around,, got aggravated an went home an cancelled my 10$ membership.. the guys in front were sitting on the counters while people were standing around playing on their phones,

I like this one here it has more machines, staff is relatively friendly it's a really big parking lot with multiple store fronts. Would be nice if they had another bench inside the men's locker room one stationed and the one that's movable is fine. It's kind of sad that they took away the coffee and bagels in the pizza would be nice they bring those back cover this died down it's not at its peak anymore so the only place that's really requiring a face mask is doctor's office and what.

I downgraded my account from Black Card to Classic in April. I did this at the Rialto Planet Fitness in person. However, Rialto continued to take Black Card dues each moth for five months. I've contacted the Rialto Planet Fitness. I still have not been refunded. Nothing pending in my account from Planet Fitness Rialto either. All I have is an email from the manager that I was refunded $23.06 x 3 months for a total of $69.18. Then I canceled my account after again 5 days ago they took another $23,06 from my account. They canceld my phone app immediately. Even though i should have acess for the remaing month I just paid for. I have wriiten emails to the owner Julian Gonzales without any replies. This is why i would rate them at one star. Very unprofessional bordering on criminal. I see that there are other reviews where it has happened to other members. Corporate is a non starter. C'mon Mr. Owner Julian Gonzales, I'm waiting to hear from you.
