I enjoy this planet fitness. I moved up to Crestline but I drive through here and this is the PF that is the most comparable to the Upland PF. I used to live out that way before I moved. The only thing its missing is the tanning beds, massage chairs and red light therapy that Upland has. I miss that its part of the black card members. At least I haven't seen it here unless I'm not paying attention. But it's kept really clean. The music is tailored for its clientele which us why I bring my headphones. But I like the set-up and placement of all the machines and the type of equipment they have. Ive been to a few that are completely different equipment and very tiny. This isn't as big as Upland but not as small as Rancho Cucamonga. It's never overly busy I've been here in the mornings and in the late afternoon. Never in the everything so I cant vouch for late evening or nights. Pretty good place

Great gym and staff but watch out for the guy who pulls his shorts up into his inner thighs almost to his nutsack for everyone to see. He barks and whistles obnoxiously for all to hear. He will rolls his shirts sleeves up to show his legs and arms and will dance sexually in front of the mirror. Super disgusting and suprised staff hasn’t told him anything. I noticed when girls are around he acts worse

LOVE THE WAY GYM EQUIPMENT IS ORGANIZED BY WORK OUT STATION. YOU HAS WEIGHT ONE SPOT ,ABS, IN ONE SECTION, LEGS ANOTHER SECTION, ETC... ITS NOT LIKE OTHER PF WHERE GYM EQUIPMENT IS SCATTERED ACROSS THE ROOM. LOCKER ROOMS ARE CLEAN. GREAT ENVIRONMENT DEFINITELY GET ME MOTIVATED TO DO A LOT MORE.

Workers here won’t greet you unless you’re a girl showing mostly skin. I’ve noticed when I wear a shorter shirt they’re quick to welcome. But the more covered you are, most likely they’ll ignore you walking in or out. “Judgement free”. Worker that’s nearly bald and on the big side is definitely weird as well.

This location was very nice and well kept when it first opened. I can’t say that anymore. The sanitation station is never stocked and the place is dirty. I see equipment pieces on the floor and a trash including dirty napkins everywhere. It’s clear they don’t even sweep. It’s rude how most but not all the staff doesn’t even acknowledge you when you walk in or leave. Plus they don’t even have a scale , what gym doesn’t have a scale???

at least they have hot water. mediocre massage chairs with only 5 minutes a pop. but compared to the other one in rialto it's alot better. still far cry from 24 hour fitness. I've been all over the area to planet fitness and this is definitely a 2 star gym but I gave an extra star because they at least have hot water and a/c.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms is very poor, even though there are always 3 or 4 people tending the place. In the afternoons there are many young people using the machines, dumbbells and equipment, but the worst thing about it is that they don't use them, they are more entertained on their cell phones.

This is my home gym now. I hit a few of the other local branches on the weekdays, but this gym is run the best. By far. The management is extremely attentive. I had an issue, a patron was being rude to a lady, and they handled it immediately. They're always polite, not like some other gyms, and the place is clean. Great gym.

Great place to work out! Those of you who are self-conscious, this is a judge free zone for real! The staff are super friendly and are very easy to work with. Every type of machine here for every type of workout! It's clean too! The membership is cheap and worth the Black Card, giving you access to tanning, red room, and the hydro massage!Also, dont forget access to a variety of drinks on the cheap with Black membership. The only thing I have seen wrong with this place is like every other business they gave into the pride month with no mention of it being men's mental health month. There is no judgment here, but the priorities are messed up.

A great place to go for a workout, relatively slow in the middle of weekdays and almost empty during nights. I'm not sure where it got all this "planet fatness" bad rep from. This place is ok but the management is bad I went in to check up on a quote went home they charge me behind my back !!! The manager is bad can’t even help you if you got questions he will walk away his name is eddy . This place need a new management.. we had to bring in the police in order to be Able to have him help .. I need my refund I want my money back I never agreed to pay !! The worker lied to me in my face said I was not going to pay nothing to start membership and they still charge me when I went home I want my refund !!!!

One of the better locations in the area. been to some gyms where you feel like you're gonna catch a disease just walking in the locker room but not here. Enjoying the workouts to let out steam and get healthy. People please clean up whatever equipment you use. No one wants to touch your sweat, dont be disgusting and lazy. It takes less than a minute. And if you're going to the gym, the purpose is to work out not be glued to your phone and use equipment as a seat. Theres tables and chairs if you wanna sit down.
