My senior parents - both 70+ started training with Ryan today and found it SUPER helpful already. They were nervous and reluctant to start working with a trainer because of their inexperience. But Ryan made them feel comfortable and worked with their limits. I’m now making sure they continue their training so they can improve their quality of life. Highly recommend

I have been working out with Ryan for many years now. He is a great coach. When I was pregnant, his wife Christiana took over my training because she focuses on pre and post pregnancy nutrition and wellness. They both are amazing to train with. They have helped me achieve whatever goals I set.

I've trained with Ryan for 5+ years. He is a positive, flexible, and skilled trainer, I have seen the constant improvement since we started. Also, he's been a great with my teenage kids (OK not teens anymore, but still training!), adapting his approach to their very different styles.

Ryan is a top shelf personal trainer. I highly recommend. If you're just going to a local gym, you're missing the huge benefits of a trainer who can spot you, and customize every aspect of your training for real lasting improvements. -G

Highly recommended. I have made a lot of transformative improvements since coming to Ryan. It's a wild feeling to learn that you have been doing a lot of simple exercise wrong your whole life. Having bad forms means you could been training for years but very slow improvement or even pain and injury. Everyone's fitness journey should start with proper knowledge.

Ryan Quinn is a great coach. Knowledgeable, approachable, attentive to the client's needs and highly skilled in coaching for strength and conditioning.
In the course of 12 weeks Coach Quinn has helped me build a more flexible, better able and stronger body.
Under his guidance I significantly raised awareness of my anatomy, mastered the stretching/mobility drills I need to feel great every day and increased both strength and endurance.
I now find it easier to perform regular day-to-day routines like carrying groceries upstairs or walking for long periods of time. Outdoor activities like biking and trekking have also become more pleasurable.
I can say Ryan has helped me build a healthier lifestyle.
Thanks Coach!

Ryan is the best. I've been working with him for many years now. He's extremely knowledgable and a great motivator. He keeps you accountable, helps you achieve your fitness goals, but alway able to modify to meet your needs. I highly recommend Ryan to anyone who is looking for a trainer for strenth and conditioning. On top of all that, he's just a really nice guy!

I've trained with Ryan for ~3 years now. I was a beginner with no experience in strength training, and Ryan has helped me improve so much. He was also constantly guiding on other related and helpful topics like the appropriate stretching, gym equipment and diet. In Covid, we took up video coaching and that worked out really well too and ensured that kept my schedule (also saves me travel time!). Thanks Ryan!

Quinn Strength and Conditioning is a superb place to work out! The owner is highly skilled in training and works hard to build up your strength without risking injury. He is a great trainer who knows his stuff. If you want to build yourself up for something specific or just because or if you have an issue you need to work on, this is the place to go!

Ryan is a true professional. I played college baseball so I've experienced various strength and conditioning programs but so far, Ryan's program has really stood out. First, it's highly personalized. Ryan takes the time to really understand your goals and customizes a workout plan based on them. He uses an app called TrainHeroic to prescribe workouts and track your process. Second, the variety of workouts means that you are never bored and constantly learning new exercises. Muscle confusion will help avoid workout plateaus and will enable you to reach your goals. Additionally, he adds conditioning workouts that most strength coaches neglect. Finally, he's an awesome guy and a hard worker! He makes challenging workouts fun and works hard to ensure the client experience is top notch. I highly recommend Ryan to anyone (first time gym-goers to experienced athletes). Keep up the good work Ryan!

I have been working with Ryan for over 20 months now. His workouts are geared towards strength, core, conditioning/cardio, and functional movement. They provide variety which prevents boredom and a loss of interest while getting all aspects of your body in shape. My strength, stability and endurance are significantly better than before I started working with him. Ryan trains our entire family including my wife and 11 year old son. Needless to say, we are big fans of Ryan. He is very committed to the success of his clients and customizes a program for each one.

I'm 54 and I trained with Ryan for nearly 6 months. My starting weight was 203 and now I weigh 172. I'm a pitcher in slow pith softball, and last weekend I pitched all 7 games in a 40 year old World series tournament. We won the tournament and I owe a lot of credit to Ryan, never could have pitched that many games at 203. Thanks Ryan!!
