I approached Rocio with the main goal to learn because I wanted to build foundational skills and knowledge to be able to implement routines on my own. I also wanted to make sure I was practicing proper form. I had no prior fitness experience.
Rocio went above and beyond my expectations!
Sessions were super personalized and Rocio really encourages communication between sessions and during sessions to make sure you are reaching your goals and getting the support you need. I felt so comfortable working with her and she helped me feel empowered and confident. I also appreciated that would also challenge me with more advanced exercises that I would have never thought I could I do. She is knowledgeable, supportive, motivating, amazing, and the list goes on. I did a limited number of sessions with her before continuing on my own, and I could not be have done it without her.

I found Rocio when she was teaching group classes at my gym in Sierra Madre. Loved her energy and knowledge and started training privately with her. Every session is different and fun. I’m always sore the next day, but just the right amount of sore. She knows how far to push you! I look forward to training with Rocio every week!

For years, off and on, I have looked into getting a personal trainer but I never pulled the trigger until now. I randomly did a Google search for personal trainers near me, and Rocio's site came up. I was super nervous, and honestly didn't know what to expect. But it's been 2 months now, and I'm still going!
I feel much more energetic than when I started; in addition, I haven't had to use my inhaler at all since then. But what I like most is the personal care and attention Rocio gives. Going into this, I assumed I'd just do a pre-made set of exercises. But she actually tailors the sessions based on your needs. In fact, one week I casually made a remark that I had pain in my neck all week. And much to my surprise, she did stretches and exercises to relieve the pain! Sure enough within a day or two, the pain was gone!
I can't say enough good things. She's personable, the workouts work (as evidenced by my sore muscles the next day), and most importantly she cares deeply about her clients' needs.

I’m one of Rocio’s senior clients. I have an artificial knee and live a very sedentary lifestyle. Roció has truly jump started my fitness program by doing what I call “cardio Pilates.” The Pilates limbers me up and wakes up muscles that have been dormant for years. And the pace is fast and helps work up a sweat. Rocio’s energy is infectious and she’s never boring because she changes up the routines constantly. Rocio is the best instructor,professional,

I've been taking Rocio's pilates classes since August 2020. I have several injuries including a major knee injury and back problems. She gives modifications that take in my strength, ability, and injuries into account so I can get the most out of each session. My strength and flexibility have significantly increased since I've started. She's engaging, upbeat with great playlists. I started my fitness journey with Rocio on September 22, 2020. I am 51 years old and had never exercised consistently. It scared me how weak my body had become with age. Rocio's virtual classes are amazing. She has an amazing camera presence due to her acting & theater background and that really feels like she is right there training you. I used to not be able to touch my toes, but after doing some of her warm ups and routine, I feel like I have loosened up and I am close to touching my toes! Rocio’s virtual HIIT and total body strengthening classes are awesome! Rocio is the most knowledgeable fitness instructor/trainer I’ve ever had. Her style, routines and exercises are carefully planned, challenging but amazing. She incorporates Pilates, barre, strength training and cardio blasts. She changes things up so that we don’t plateau. She keeps things positive and gives lots of tips on form and modifications if needed. She also does the work outs with us so you really feel like you’re a team. I feel stronger every class. Working with Rocio was a pleasure, she was professional and knows her business. I had to prepare to dance for a show and had no previous Flamenco training. We started with Pilates to get me core strong. Only when I was complete with my Pilates training, then my Flamenco began. She not only gave me the skills to dance Flamenco but the confidence too. I am now a stronger dancer and physically stronger too. If you are looking for a dance instructor look no where else, She is a world class trainer and you will not be disappointed.
