10/10, love this gym. When I started going to Rock Fitness it had been a few years since I did CrossFit adjacent workouts. Every workout is scalable to your needs & skill level & there’s no shame in scaling. I really appreciate how engaged & supportive the coaches & owners are. The people who attend the gym are also encouraging & inspire each other to push a little harder. So happy I found this gym.

This gym has been the gym I have attended for the longest period of time. I don't get bored with the workouts; the coaches gently push you to do more than you think you can do; they are amazing at modifying things when you have injuries or other things you need accommodations for. I worked out here during both of my pregnancies and postpartum timing. It's a super positive and encouraging atmosphere with amazing members. You will love this place!

This is a great place for support for health and fitness goals for all levels! The coaches are all supportive and knowledgeable, and even the most stellar athletes are kind and motivate you to be your best. There is a true sense of community and class sizes are small enough to have a good time and get the right equipment but maintain an efficient and effective workout. I have seen a huge shift in my body and strength and have never been more motivated to get a good workout in. Classes are at convenient times for a variety of people. Strength and conditioning pay a huge part in the overall focus. 10/10 would recommend!

The best gym I have ever joined. My husband and I are military and we move constantly. The only reason I settled into this new area was because of rock fit. I am stronger and happier than I have ever been.

Hands down this is the best gym I have ever been a member of and I’ve been to many gyms. The coaches are amazing and know and treat you as an individual athlete with individual needs. They know when to push you to be your best! There is a sense of family among the athletes and I count the people I workout with each day as dear friends. Thanks Rockfitness for being so amazing! I would highly recommend this gym to anyone at any fitness level.

I've been a member for over two years and am so thankful that I found Rock Fitness! The coaches are great, and the class sizes are a plus! My husband is also a member and I love being able to work-out alongside him. If you're looking for a place to work-out I recommend trying out Rock Fitness!

I have been an active member for more than 6 years with this Rock Fitness Group/Family. The dedication of the coaches and the community it serves simply can't be beat! All fitness levels are welcome and the attention members are given is top notch! Supportive, encouraging and FUN. I can't say enough about this gym and what it has done for my physically/mentally!

Rock Fitness has never disappointed! I workout here about 4-5 times a week and find the consistent positive atmosphere, awesome music and family vibe a perfect workout environment. I love the high quality trainers. They are there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way. It’s a hard workout with happy people! And most importantly, I am seeing results for sure!!! Highly recommend.

Fitness at Any Age! I started on my fitness journey at age 50. I decided long walks with my dog were just not enough! Now at 51, I can say that I am in the best shape of my life. I feel good in my own skin and truly STRONG which is an indescribable feeling! The coaches make the difference. They work 1:1 with you and fully prepare and instruct you before each lift and exercise. I have been 100% injury-free! They bring out the best in each and every person (I mean athlete) at the gym!

I’ve been a member of Rock Fitness for almost 6 years. The coaches are attentive and give personal attention to every athlete. It’s group fitness but the coaches make it feel similar to personal training. The environment is welcoming, with people of all ages and fitness levels. I also appreciate that the owners run the business professionally. Classes are on time, gym is clean and everything is well organized.

I moved to Rocklin a few months ago and was looking for a new gym and found The Rock. Originally my interest in the gym was the close proximity to my home, however after my first free sessions I fell in love with the variety of work outs, the knowledge of the coaches and overall vibe of the place. Everyone is at their own level and yet we can all work out and get a great work out in together. There is a great camaraderie amongst everyone.

The gym environment used to intimidate me-especially strength and conditioning!At Rock Fitness the culture is welcoming and every movement is modifiable to each person’s needs. Everyone might have different goals, but we are all working on them together. The coaches are very knowledgeable and proper form is a big focus. Class sizes are small and it’s a clean environment. I would encourage everyone to try it out!

I’ve been working out at Rock Fitness since the day it opened. It’s by far the best gym I’ve ever belonged to. I tried several gyms prior to Rock Fitness and I never stuck with any of them. I honestly can’t imagine ever leaving this gym! The workouts are fun, yet challenging. And they are different every day. You’ll never get bored! All the coaches at Rock Fitness are amazing and will make sure you do each movement correctly so you don’t ever risk injury. The class sizes are small and the equipment is clean and well maintained. One of the best things about this gym is the family-like community. Everyone is so incredibly supportive and motivating to each other. I highly recommend Rock Fitness! You won’t be disappointed!!

I started this fitness challenge thinking “ya this isn’t going to work.” I had no faith that a changed diet/a different style of fitness would make a difference.
Boy was I wrong!
It was hard at first as my body purged all the bad stuff but once I got use to the healthier food it took right off. I didn’t experience a bunch of withdrawals and I knew the workouts would be challenging yet fun.
This was a great experience and I know now that diet is key to any fitness/weight loss routine. The food was amazing and once I figured out what worked for my meal prep it wasn’t too scary!
I’d recommend Jamie and her team to anyone really wanting to make a change. Everyone was so nice and encouraging. It’s like a family. You workout at your level and you have constant guidance on your form so you don’t get injured. I never experienced the same workout, which was nice and I didn’t have to think it up myself. I was never bored and I was always challenged to work harder. I loved the weekly accountability and the goal to keep me motivated.
I saw amazing results and would love to see what I could achieve in 6 months. Love this place and you will too!
My favorite foods were the pancakes, pork tenderloins, salads and sweet potatoes along with all the yummy fruits and veggies.

Outstanding!! In every way!! I am in the 40+ bracket, and really am not an athlete, but really need to keep myself in shape. I've been intrigued and intimidated by CrossFit, but decided to give it a try. Honestly, I think it is one of the best decisions I have made! Coach Jamie is SUPER knowledgeable about not only the CrossFit program, but also the physiology behind it, making sure that everyone is safe and working towards their goal. An added benefit is the culture- Jamie creates an encouraging and positive atmosphere, where you are celebrated for achieving your PERSONAL goals, not someone else's. I recommend Rock Fitness to anyone who wants to work hard towards their training goals in a supportive and fun environment.
