Emily is a great teacher, the studio is nice.
I am upset with the customer service I received from Cleo over the phone , she made me feel guilty that I had to cancel signing up for term 6 stating someone could've took my spot. She was very dismissive over the phone with me. I inquired about the make up policy since I had 3 make ups and was told I should check my contract that is emailed to me and that make ups don't roll over. I asked if I could maybe get any type of discount since I lost out on 3 classes if I sign up again for a future term, Cleo just advised me and when you sign up your supposed to come and it's not a yoga studio.

Coming to take classes at rock n pole was the best decision I ever made!!! As someone who always hated working out alone at the gym and didn’t like self discipline these classes were exactly for me. The classes are fast pace, fun, and you have no idea what a great workout you’re getting!!! Not only am I in the best shape of my life but also I feel confident and sexy! Not to mention the incredible instructors and friends I have met through the studio. It is one big supportive group of badass ladies and men!!!!

Cleo’s Rock n Pole is my favorite workout. Since Cleo opened back in 2020, I literally haven’t been anywhere else. The atmosphere and community is empowering and fun, not to mention I feel stronger than I ever have! This sport is for EVERYBODY. Nurses, teachers, CEOs, single moms, scientists, tattoo artists, I mean it. EVERYBODY. I have been going to the studio before I moved super far away. They have the best teachers! They have the energy, patience, and passion for pole dancing and teaching. I feel welcomed there. Definitely recommend.

I haven't been to this studio but I have been lucky enough to be taught by Cleo when she was an instructor in Australia so will do my review on that basis. She is literally Wonder Woman, has an incredible work ethic and puts her heart and soul in everything she does. I achieved so many difficult things when I was her student including Iron X, flat splits etc and to this day I still use her videos for hardcore competition training. When I'm next in the states a visit to this studio is definitely on my list!

This studio is amazing!! The instructors are awesome and everything is broken down step by step so everyone can learn the pole tricks and dance choreo. The classes are a lot of fun!
