For years I used my knee pain as an excuse and it wasn’t until I took accountability that I was able to turn my biggest weakness into my greatest strength. Our goal is simple: for you to look, feel, and move confident in every situation knowing that you put in the work to build elite physical and mental resilience. You are stronger than your excuses! Rocklin Personal Training has the knowledge and accountability you need to make your greatest setback your greatest asset. We meet you where you are at, get you back to performing pain free, and then excel you onwards to peak physical performance. Your knees don’t have to hold you back they can propel you further. Through accountability and intensity our programs will challenge you to grow.

I have been working with Handre since January of 2023. I’m a 61 year old active male and an athlete my whole life. That said I have endured a few injuries some which have required surgery. Handre understands where I am at physically and mentally in this journey we call life and the direction that I want to go in moving forward.
I enjoy playing golf, working out, taking my dog on long walks and hikes and also I’m a grandfather. All of these activities require a fit, healthy body and mind to be performed adequately. Handre has helped me understand some areas in my fitness journey that require attention, in terms of my mobility and flexibility. Our bodies change as we age and understanding that is important. Meaning, I don’t train the way I used to years ago and Handre has helped me understand and put together my training sessions in order to help me stay healthy, work on my weaknesses, and also improve and stay as athletic as I can moving forward. I look forward to my training sessions with Handre every day. I know that he will challenge me understanding that I need that to be healthy, moving forward and continuing to live the lifestyle that I want to.
Handre has been a great coach and a friend to me, he even showed up to an event in my life that had nothing to do with my physical training with him.
If you’re looking for a great coach, who will motivate, challenge, and help you improve with your physical goals in life, Handre is your guy. Much respect, and a great young man and also a great choice I made for myself moving forward in my life.

HANDRE REINECKE has been my personal trainer for seven months and my daughters for years. I am thrilled to write this review.
After only four months of training, with Handre, my right shoulder pain decreased. I had endured years of discomfort but now felt stronger as well as an increase in mobility. Today I am pain free.
Handre is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and also one of the few ATG certified trainers in Northern California.
He is well respected by his peers, pays close attention to details at

I’ve worked with several trainers through the years and without a doubt, Handre tops the list. He is smart, insightful, a great listener, up to date on current info & trends (so am I, so I can tell) and most importantly, he knows his craft! He came highly recommended from another client of his. Best move I made this year was hiring Handre…and my results speak for themselves. Handre was amazing he works hard at what he does, researching, creating exercise and a lifestyle/diet plan. Definitely something useful for college! I learned so much from him and he even helped with my fractured ankle and tapered exercises to fit my needs with my ankle. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to start in the gym or has been going to the gym for years. He knows what he’s doing!
