I highly recommend Amy! She’s the best physical therapist I’ve seen especially for my IT band issues. She’s given me clear, helpful explanations that made me truly understand the root of my pain. From the start, her evaluation was super professional, and it was clear she really knows her stuff.
Amy constantly provides feedback and practical advice for my daily routine, and she’s created a detailed, personalized program to help me reach my goals like training for a half marathon and Hyrox. I’ve also been taking her focused classes, and I can tell that every exercise is intentional and specifically designed to improve my IT band issues.
Amy gives me the confidence that I’ll get better, as long as I stay consistent and put in the work. I’m so glad I found her!

Highly recommend Amy!
I attended her exercise class and did a movement assessment - and felt great after her guidance. If you want to see real improvement in your strength and balance, the movement assessment is a must. It’s also a great way to check which parts of your body are strong and which might need more support.
The new studio is also really beautiful, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere!

Really effective workout class that helped me build strength after an injury. I was nervous about going back to a gym unsupervised, so having Amy, a certified physical trainer, guide me through a workout gave me a lot more confidence. Plus the studio is beautiful and conveniently located! Will definitely be coming here regularly
