Seth has been a crucial component of my post injury recovery. He pushes me to not only complete my PT, but also makes sure I understand the mechanics of why I'm doing each exercise. He's also great at modifying and offering alternative exercises for me that work with and around my limitations.

Seth is a professional and very knowledgeable trainer. He comes highly recommended by a friend of mine and has really customized a plan for me and my goals. Seth has extensive knowledge for people with injuries such as myself (Shoulder and knee injuries). I've seen results and I'm a very satisfied with the outcome! I first started working with Seth to gain confidence in "working out" after not being confident in understanding how the gym "works" . In the 3 years we've worked together, he's helped me achieved every fitness goal that I've set out: being able to do pullups, getting myself and my husband in shape for our wedding, learning how to do deadlifts. Working with Seth has been a worthwhile investment.

I have been training with Seth for over 8 years and I highly recommend him. He is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable trainers you will find. He keeps the training sessions varied and interesting, suited to your physical needs, goals and capabilities. He customizes each workout to move you toward your goals.
Because he knows so much about the body and with his background as a Certified Athletic trainer, he knows how to work with injuries and help you recover. I had sciatica that developed and lasted for a couple of years. Seth gave me a set of back care exercises that I now do religiously and I have been completely pain free for 6 years now. His background and experience also give him the ability to know what you are capable of and then push you jut enough for you to make progress without injury.
