Snap Fitness is the perfect neighborhood gym with three nearby locations. Great vibe, never crowded, and easy to pop in and out of. I'll never go to a "big box" gym again! :)

Alex is the best! He has gone out of his way to teach me new techniques and optimal ways to use the available machines. It has been really helpful. This gym is so convenient and has everything one needs for a great workout.

Iβm a little bummed out, I just got my membership, and when I tried to go in for the 1st time the key card wouldnβt work, I emailed the gym and the response I got was that the gym closes at 11p, but not at fault on Snap Fitness because this is not due to them, itβs due to the city having limits on operating hours. I guess Iβm just bummed because I purchased the membership thinking I would have 24/7 access since I work late most nights and it seemed perfect. The gym looked great and clean from what I could see from the door.

Steven Tse is the goat! He was amazing from the minute we entered the building. Steven was very welcoming and down to earth when he gave my mom and I a tour of the facility. This is exactly the kind of community gym my mom has been looking for. We also loved the screaming goat at his desk.

Our experience at the beginning was positive. This club location was a 5-minute walk from our home, allowing us to get some cardio and stretching done before a workout. We prepaid for a year up-front and found the facility well-maintained and easy to access.
Two months later, this location was closed due to the pandemic and we were given the option of another location further away where they had set up an outdoor gym. We were not comfortable risking exposure to the virus so we opted not to go.
With the end of the pandemic nowhere in sight and intentions to move with our lease ending soon, we asked about our options regarding our membership.
After communicating with the owner of the club, Allen, he was very understanding and offered us a fair resolution of a partial refund. Since they are a small family-owned franchise similarly impacted by the pandemic, this courtesy was much appreciated.
In another world, we would have seen our membership to the end and possibly renewed for another year. Unfortunately reality had different plans.
We enthusiastically recommend anyone looking for an accommodating club to choose Snap Fitness. You will get your money's worth.

It is a fine gym! Pretty limited equipment, but it was good for a short spell in Pasadena on vacation. Probably better in terms of cardio equipment than for strength stuff.
They offer short term memberships which is good. No locker room, which is less good. Also, pretty trash barbell situation. Invest in a new one! Otherwise all is good.

Ok I have been here over three months. I came from LA Fitness. Even though LA Fitness had all the great equipment what good does it do when you can't use it unless you go an times of the day no one can! So this is my take and why I give it three stars overall.
1. 5 stars for crowdedness. It is a small gym. But it doesn't really get too crowded and you might have to wait bit during peak times (meaning one person in front of you) for the weights.
2. 4 stars for the treadmills and cardios
3. 4 stars for chin ups / pulls etc station
4. 4 stars for free weights
5. 2 stars for chest. You have to either resort to free weights or you have to make due with the equipment they have to do bench press / incline / decline.
6. 1 star for backs. No back rowing machin3. Minimal other back machines.
7. 3 star for shoulders (similar to chest you have to just be creative but you can do all the exercises you need)
8. 5 star for legs
9. 4 star for abs
10. 3 star for bathroom / changing rooms
That's my take. I bought a year pass as it is much cheaper. I am stuck for a year but the cons outweigh driving to LA Fitness and waiting (I live in walking distance) so that is very easy for me.

Hours are not 24/7. Sufficient enough with weights and machines -- rarely crowded

Small gym, not much equipment. Only one barbell full size barbell (also has a Smith machine.) Lots of cables and trx equipment though. More cardio equipment than needed, less free weights than needed.
