Samantha is an amazing trainer who really cares about each person she works with. She came up with a game plan to help me reach my physical goals that included tips on the best foods to eat, as well as tips to stay motivated and in the right mindset. In a short time I gained muscle and lost fat! I also learned a lot about the proper form to workout, which I really appreciated. I recommend Samantha to anyone who is looking for a trainer that truly cares and will take the time to help you reach your personal goals!

This is such a chill environment! Hidden gem 🤌🏼💎The staff is very friendly and respectful! They keep clean, great energy drink selection, great rotation of music and two televisions to either watch movies or the game during cardio or in between your sets!

Area is a bit sketch. I would not leave your car door unlocked make sure you lock and hide all things. Homeless people around I guess for the price it’s worth it

So didn’t know about this gym until my friend ( his name is CAL ) ask for him he’s a trainer there who is amazing ! Along with Samantha ! Both love them and have gotten me better in so many ways to mobility from strength , they have their own specialties but awesome ! Oh and Adri ! , anyways he introduced me to it becuase I needed a gym to myself , not be around too much people just to focus lock in . I tried it for a week at different times of the day and it worked out ! I was able to meet the owners and there the sweetest family ! Very respectful and helpful ! The place is clean the restroom is clean ! It’s a good safe heaven , I call it that to do what I need to do for my self my goals and my mind space . The owners and trainers there help along contribute to that surroundings of positivity . I’m happy I’m there , I hope this review finds encouragement to give them a look and along with the trainers 🤍

In town just for the weekend and wanted to get a pump in. Found this little local gym that had $10 day passes. Very chill environment with a good amount of equipment! For such a new spot, the owners really outdid themselves ! They’ve got benches, dumbbells, bars, machines, and some cardio stuff too. They got some drinks ready to fill you up after your work out. No lockers but it has a bathroom which suffices. Just come in dressed out and you should be fine ! And the people are considerate and supportive. Highly recommend over some of the bigger franchise gyms. Would come back!

Not like other commercial gyms, real music you can listen to, not like your grandmas playlist back from the 1940s, super clean and owner likes to connect with all his new members, also very handsome
