Been going here about a month and it's been great. Great way to push yourself and learn boxing. For the 7pm classes you'll get a full body workout. Jose is awesome as coach and has a ton of experience. Check them out on instagram.

Speedknocks is where to go for the best boxing in the Antelope Valley. I’ve personally improved a ton in a brief period of time and the environment is extremely encouraging and friendly. Not to mention Coach Speedy emphasizes hard work and even works with his students one on one regardless of how big the class is. Coach Fernando and George are also very incredible with the younger classes! All around 5 star boxing gym for physical fitness and growth in discipline and mentality.

Listen to me now parent's! You need to enroll your kids now ASAP. This gym is amazing. Your kids will build a level of confidence that they did not know they have. They will become stronger and faster in every aspect of life. They will sleep better and BE BETTER. This gym has done wonders for my boys Matthew and kody. The coache speedy is the best of the best. Make our kids great again!!!
