This boutique-style studio has converted me to loving to exercise! I came for Barre but ended up staying for Pilates! It is the perfect workout for every season of life! My high school aged son loves the Reformer and there are women and men in their 70's -80's still getting an incredibly challenging workout. I appreciate the Instructor's ability to modify any workout when needed for someone's own specific injuries. This studio is a sweet community that I love being part of! We are truly blessed to have Stability Studio in the Santa Maria Valley!

I have recently completed 36 pilates reformer classes. What amazes me is that I've not have one of them be identical. Something is always different from one to another. The instructors are fabulous. It's a small studio for women and men. I was injured and had to discontinue exercise for two months. Recently, I was able to return and I'm feeling the amazing burn of one of the best workouts I've ever done again. Love it here!!

Stability studio is is awesome! If you haven’t tried barre or Pilates it’s a must! The instructors are great at encouraging you to get through the workout. Their energetic attitude makes class fly by! Definitely makes working out more fun.

Marissa, Britney, Erika and Mary are true professionals; attentive to form and body alignment to make every movement count toward a fabulous result!
