Sweat House OC is the only Lagree Fitness licensed studio serving San Clemente, Dana Point, and Mission Viejo. Our boutique studios feature small class sizes (8 clients max) for personalized attention and form-focused coaching. The Lagree method, performed on the Megaformer (not to be confused with Pilates), delivers a high-intensity, low-impact workout that combines strength training, cardio, and endurance through slow, controlled, time-under-tension movements. Safe for all fitness levels, Lagree strengthens, tightens, and tones the entire body. We also offer private sessions, group classes, and private party rentals for birthdays, bachelorettes, or corporate events! All classes are all levels and 50 minutes long.

Classes are challenging but in the best way possible. My body, especially my abs, definitely feel the workout several days later. I’ve tried different instructors and all are helpful, but mind you some are more so than others. I like being corrected so I do the workouts right, and instructors here definitely feel the same. Facilities are clean and parking is easy. I found the place on accident since I go to dance Daly Ballroom next door and I’m glad I explored my curiosity with this place. Will keep coming back!

Enjoyed my first class at this studio! The instructor was welcoming and friendly. I did l’agree pilates years ago and have missed it. I decided to come back to it to change up my workout and add to my strength training for my runs and overall health. I definitely feel delayed onset muscle soreness in my arms and lats the next day. I've been coming to the Sweat House in Mission Viejo for about 8 months now, and have had a great experience every time. There are only eight Megaformers in the studio, so the instructors are able to focus on ensuring proper form. Every instructor is extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. Joanna in particular is amazing at correcting form to make sure you make the most out of every movement, and she makes every effort to create a warm and welcoming environment!

My husband and I recently took a semi-private lesson with Rilie at Sweat House OC, and we had such a positive experience. Went to my first Sweat House class this morning and loved it! Cerrissa was such a great instructor and made me feel so comfortable while I had no idea what I was doing. It can be intimidating starting a new workout class but I didn't feel that today. It is a very challenging (but manageable) workout and overall wonderful first experience! Would highly recommend!

I used to use SweatHouse many years ago as my sanity workout in the early mornings. After moving I wasn't as close so unfortunately no longer went to SweatHouse. Recently a life transition led me back to my home town and I am so blessed to be able to workout with SweatHouse again. Their instructors are incredible!!! They focus on your form, all while managing to encourage you and keep you accountable while making the workout as challenging as possible. What a workout!! My muscles were shaking the entire time and I feel stronger just from one class. The gym is clean and there is plenty of space so you don't have others bumping into you. I told the instructor Rilie that it was my first time doing Lagree and she was so helpful to make sure I was doing each workout correctly and adjust my form so I would not get injured. She was so kind and attentive!

No previous experience with lagree before so I took a private session with Serein first to understand the basics first and I am so happy I did it before jumping into group classes. Serein is wonderful and very big on form/posture. She gave me great tips and often adjusts my form in group class as well! Very clean studio !

I’ve tried lagree at Sweat House twice now, with instructors Heather and Mimosa! They’re both awesome ladies and were very helpful and patient with me since I have zero experience with lagree. I like how the routines are easy on the joints and really focus on building strengh and muscle, so even though I feel sore after classes it doesn’t feel like I strained anything!

I wish I could be friends with all the instructors! I started my Pilates journey at sweat house OC in San Clemente when I was looking for a fitness class to feel motivated to go to. At the time I was walking a bunch, doing YouTube videos and home exercises but tend to get bored when things get repetitive. After finding Sweat House, I really enjoyed seeing the people who are regulars show up and the enthusiasm and encouragement the instructors have.
I’ve tried other studios with reformer machines, but lagree always hits the spot of making me feel like I can conquer the world after internally dying during classes. This studio has always been the most convenient for me - they offer first time client packages 5 classes expiring in a month, which is great to get to know the different instructors because personality really makes a difference when doing these challenging classes.
The app is easy to use - I just wish classes didn’t fill up so quickly and would recommend to book a week in advance if you can. You’re able to cancel classes 12 hours before the class without any penalties.
I like how the studio is clean and air conditioned with fans - just wish there wasn’t a fly always buzzing by me during class, since they leave the door open.
They always have cool raffles and events which they email info about and are always welcoming feedback.
Just finished Heathers class and love her style of teaching. She’s a sub in MV and does SC on Fridays.
I’d say the only downside is the price, but it’s comparable to all other studios - just an expensive hobby that’s worth it for your health and wellness :)

Sweat House Mission Viejo never disappoints! I have been a Sweat House member for the past year and I can honestly say Lagree is the toughest workout I have ever done - with the best results! After going through some health struggles, Lagree helped me build up my strength back and I feel so strong again. I'm so glad I discovered this studio! I've been doing traditional reformer pilates but the Lagree megaformer is another level. It gives me the best results out of any other pilates machine. The teachers have been great and I actually feel targeted soreness! I don't feel sore much anymore from other workouts so this is a great way to bump up the efficacy.

I’ve been to 3 classes so far and I’m loving it! I’ve done weight lifting for 10 years now but Lagree is a whole other world of intensity! The constant micro movements the entire 50 minutes to engage muscle fibers I don’t usually engage, whew! Always so sore (in a good way!) after each session. I took my first Lagree class here (thinking it was Pilates) and it was phenomenal. Susan led the class and was so helpful in instructing me with proper positioning. I tried other Lagree classes in the area, but came back to Sweat House OC because I love the staff and the workout. I always feel sore in muscles I didn't even know existed and love that I'm getting stronger. The movement is low-impact and slow, allowing you to feel your range of motion and really push yourself. I went to sweathouseoc for the first time a couple days ago and it was my first time doing lagree/megaformer. Let me just tell you!! I have been sore for 2 days straight in areas I usually cant target by just going to the gym. It is seriously such an amazing work out!! I tried out SweatHouse a few weeks ago, and I am already hooked! I came in as a total beginner, not familiar with Lagree at all, and the instructors were all very helpful in getting me set up and teaching me. It is a definite challenge physically, and I am sore the day after class, but I feel stronger already.
Classes can sometimes fill up, so you have to plan ahead to get the class times you want.

Everyone at Sweat House is so nice! They help you get comfortable with the mega-former and the exercise movements. They are always checking your form to make sure they are no injuries. I love that there is no impact during the class. It saves my old joints! I’m 64 and if I can do it, you can too! Class goes by fast, and the music is great. I recommend you give it a try!

I purchased a bundle of 10 classes and will absolutely be purchasing a membership after I use them all up. I was very nervous for my first class but Skylar took her time to walk me through the machine and explained the types of workouts we would be doing and made me feel very comfortable going into the class. She also made modifications and adjustments to where it made the workout more tailored to my needs. She is the absolute sweetest and I would highly recommend taking classes with her and at these studios!!

I have taken Legree elsewhere and what I really like about sweat house is the variety. I have taken from 3 different instructors so far and each are equally amazing and challenging- yet so different from each other. I really like that- not knowing what to expect in a workout! I also appreciate sweat house offering a Groupon so that I could really try out the studio and several instructors before “buying in.” It makes purchasing a membership so much easier knowing what the atmosphere is really like. They are all really cool, accepting, motivating, and the members are too!

I am new to this Lagree Pilates workout, and I am loving it! The instructors are very nice and helpful in helping me through easing into this new workout! I feel the differences in my body. I see that my postures have been getting better, and muscles have been becoming more toned and strengthened. I am looking forward to my next class :)

This place is awesome! I’ve done Pilates on and off for a few years but never felt like it was challenging or sweat inducing…until a class here. The mega reformer is so fun to use. There is a bit of a learning curve because the class is quick paced but the instructors are great at getting the beginners up to speed. I haven’t been this sore in a long time. I recommend getting the 10 pack intro over the 4 pack.

This is the only workout class that I always look forward to! All the instructors are great — each has a unique style of making our muscles fatigue lol! Had my initial session with Mimosa. I can in expecting a lite session that was a little too easy. Boy was I wrong. Muscles shaking, body sweating… all in a good way. Excellent attention to how I was performing the exercises for best benefit (but also most difficulty!) and definitely exceeded my expectations. I shall return!

My chiropractor recommended that I try Pilates to help strengthen my core. I have tried mat Pilates in the past, but recently it aggravates my hip joints so I thought I would give the Lagree method a try. I called and left a message and Ashlyn, the owner, texted me back and answered all my questions. I signed up for a private lesson with Lauren and then signed up for 10 classes. I highly recommend signing up for a private lesson first so you get used to the megaformer. I am still learning and I love it! All the instructors are very motivating and helpful. I leave the studio drenched and feeling strong and good about myself! It's not cheap but it's a great investment in your health. I no longer have joint pain after working out and I am seeing changes in my body in such a short time!

New to Pilates....Has been a great way to recover from a couple injuries related to a broken foot and pulled muscle. Very challenging full body workout that has been awesome. Can take workouts at my pace while challenging and pushing myself. Instructors are all fantastic. 9 classes in and I feel myself getting stronger. Highly recommend for all levels.

This has been my favorite workout I have ever done! I’ve only gone 6 times so far and I already see a difference in my body. The class really is so motivating and I already feel so much stronger. I love how small the class is, I think only like 9 or 10 people and that was really nice for me when I started and felt a lot less intimidating then walking into a yoga or cycling class with like 30 people. I absolutely love this place and I think I’ve found the workout that is perfect for me!

Being a first timer to Pilates I was VERY nervous, but everyone at Sweat House OC has been amazing. I’ve had amazing communication with the staff as I have 100 questions when I signed up. The class itself was very challenging but I really feel like I got a solid workout. The instructors are great- they take their time to come by and correct my form often as I am still learning. In love and addicted may be an understatement! I found SweatHouse OC through Mindbody app while looking for pilates/lagree/megaformer and purchased a 10 class intro package.
I just attended my 6th class, attending 2x/week, and I already feel a huge difference in my core strength. I have always had lower back and pain on my left hip but these workouts have been helping with strengthening that area as well.
I work out regularly but these workouts really do give muscles that you may typically train some extra-extra! It’s seriously a workout that’s like no other that helps you train full body in 50 minutes! It’s a little intimidating at first but seriously, no judgment zone here and the instructors will help you make adjustments so you’re maximizing every minute of your workout. There are other veteran peeps you can follow too, which I do every time I’ve been here. I haven’t tried all the instructors yet but my faves so far are Hannah and Lauren. Thanks, ladies!

I purchased a Groupon pack of 10 classes and I am addicted. I thought I was fit prior to taking these classes but boy was I mistaken!! I was really sore after my first class (in a good way) and found the class a little confusing at first but after a few sessions and great instruction by Mimosa I am already seeing results!!! This is exactly what I have been missing from my workouts. Be prepared to really push yourself and fight that burn-you will not be disappointed. Looking forward to a new and improved me!

I got a deal on Groupon and definitely suggest for someone getting started to get at least a bundle of 10 classes. The first class is a little confusing if you have never done lagree before but you get the amazing support from everyone in the room and by 3rd class you sort of become addicted. I have done many work out classes before but can definitely say this is one of my favorite. You see instant results and get to work on the muscles you never know you had 😂. During the class you feel like dying sometimes, all shaking and sore but worth it. Feeling like a new born once the class is done! So good for your body and soul. Definitely coming back and recommending to all of my friends!

I tried this out in support of my wife who absolutely loves it. I went in and having no idea what to expect other than in the back of my mind thinking this is a workout for girls only. I've now done about 10 sessions there and found all of the instructors to be super helpful and encouraging. It's a comprehensive full body workout for anyone of any age. I found muscles in there I didn't know I had. Anyone who either follows their own workout regimen or is an athlete of any kind, like a golfer, skier, runner, or anything else, the Lagree Method, taught at SweatHouseOC will improve your game and give you a different kind of strength than any other workout I've seen. I came to Sweat House OC never having done a real workout. I did one private with Lauren which was transformational and she encouraged me to keep coming back. I’ve loved lagree since I first started years ago... due to recent gov shutdowns my studio in SD closed... I was willing to travel from SD to OC to get a good workout! I can’t praise this studio enough for having the courage and love for their clients health to stay open! I came and it was 1000009% worth the HOUR drive. Instructor was great, and I was def feeling the lagree shakes! Will be back and bringing three other friends, all travelling up from SD just to come here! Sweating, shaking, and dying. Can’t wait to go back! I bought a 10 pack of classes under their new client deal (which was a steal) to see if I liked the studio and classes. I arrived early to sign paperwork and reintroduce myself to the mega former. The instructor was so friendly and nice with me and that same demeanor carried over into class. First time doing Pilates and so far so good! Coming from a tough pregnancy and CSection 10 weeks ago, it was definitely a challenge but felt good feeling those muscles again. The instructor was sure to give me modifications to meet my needs. The facility is clean and spacious. Lots of parking although my map took me to the residential area behind the gym. The machines appear to be pretty new although I have nothing to compare it to. I wasn’t aware of the changes that needed to be made during the class (yellows/ reds) but was shown half way through class which is fine (it’s possible it was explained at the beginning but I didn’t catch it). Overall I enjoyed it and I’m looking forward to the next class!

Sweat House OC is such an amazing place to really get your sweat on! I was instantly hooked after I took my first class at the Mission Viejo location with Judy. It was easily the hardest pilates class I’ve attended because the instructors really know how to make you feel the burn (and feel the results). Judy was so patient with me and helped me when I was struggling with some of the moves. The studio is amazing and extremely clean as well! I will definitely be returning soon!!

The owner Ashlyn is very responsive to emails and any questions or concerns I had were answered promptly and taken care of. The studio was nice and since it was my first time the instructor made sure I was all set up and had what I needed regarding questions, concerns. Enough corrections but not overbearing. Today I took my first class at Sweat House OC and I’m officially obsessed! I have never used the mega machine before so I was a little nervous, but the instructor Ashley was SO helpful. Her cues and instructions we’re so on point to help make sure you are working your hardest but also in a safe way. She was so kind and wonderful! Amazing!!! As a former stereotypical aerobics instructor and free-weights addict from the 80’s-90’s who got totally burned out on the gym scene, I have hesitated on classes and weights for toning of any sort.This year I turned 50 and the doctor told me it is time to start building my strength back up to head things (bone density issues) off at the pass. I found this place and WOW! I just started, have only been three times so far, and I am already addicted!!! Feeling it in all the right places and cannot wait to see how I feel in a month or two.

I purchased the new client package (10 sessions) and I attended my first class today in Mission Viejo. Very friendly and knowledgeable instructor (Judy). Judy was great and very attentive. Never had a worse introduction to a service based business. There is no one to greet you just a room full of customers being attended to by one person who is busy. When I came in for my first scheduled class a couple minutes late I was told that I needed to arrive ten minutes early because she was worried I would be injured because she was worried about my physical fitness. I told her I am not worried and was willing to sign her waiver. Then once I hurdled that speech she looked down at my brand new shoes that are built for no socks and said we require socks I will have to charge you for those after class if that’s okay, I said it was fine, then she said what size shoes do you wear and when I answered size 12 she said she doesnt know if she will have any that large, at this point I was over it what a horribly managed business. Maybe hire 2 people per class? With the prices they are charging they no doubt can afford it. Its greedy for the owner not to. I can say that as a business owner.
