Sweatstar Yoga is hands down one of the best yoga studios I've ever been to. The teachers are absolutely amazing — knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in your growth. One of the things I appreciate most is that they still do posture corrections, which is so rare these days and makes such a difference in deepening your practice safely and effectively.
From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and kindness. It truly feels like a community — inclusive, welcoming, and uplifting. The studio itself is spotless and beautifully maintained, creating a calm and inviting space to practice.
They truly embody their motto, "Love Lives Here." You can feel it in every class, every interaction, and every corner of the studio. I can’t recommend Sweatstar Yoga highly enough — whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this is a place where you'll feel right at home.

You know what I love most about Sweatstar Yoga in RSM: besides the fact that Sweatstar is the Yin to my Orangetheory Yang, I am 100% addicted to how I feel every time I leave that place. The teachers are so warm and kind-hearted. I work out every day anyway because it helps me manage my stress levels but add Sweatstar to that and it rids me of toxins, anxiety, insomnia, all the things. My soul feels balanced and restored after I’ve made it through another hot yoga session there. And they are always so encouraging in helping you do your best, whatever that is that day. I highly recommend you incorporate Sweatstar into your workout regimen; get in there and get schweaty and tell me you don’t feel like a new person afterward. That place is simply magical. Their community is amazing. Come with a friend on Free Friend Friday. They will take amazing care of your newbie with a free class, including a towel and water. And they even have a Karma class Thursday nights that is totally free. Definitely life-changing. Get in there.

Sweat Star Yoga is hands down my favorite yoga studio I've ever been to. The classes flow with such harmony, and every movement feels perfectly synchronized.
The studio is extremely clean, including the men’s bathroom which is always spotless.
Kristi Grant stands out as an exceptional teacher—her classes are a must-try. I'm truly delighted with my experience at Sweat Star; it's such a welcoming community.
highly recommend

Amazing teachers all around. Never had a bad experience and been coming for a year. (Yes it’s HARD but that’s the point, hard doesn’t mean bad) Don’t think it’s even possible at sweatstar. A huge shoutout to Kristi. She severely goes out of her way to make you feel wanted and appreciated and has been a motivator for me through many tough times even tho she didn’t know it. That’s purity and I value this business for helping others find their strength and value.this place is meant to push ur limits and teach u to listen to your body not ur mind during Vinyasa flow. And vice versa during yin. Quitting a class isn’t on the business it’s quitting yourself. I love sweatstar for normalizing mindfulness to any one.

Sweatstar! I really couldn't think of one bad thing to say about this place. The facility is clean, friendly, spacious but most of all its inviting, you are instantly met with love and kindness upon walking through the doors. Robbin and her team do an excellent job of making you feel absolutely at home whether you've been practicing yoga for years or if it's your first time. The yoga it's self is amazing and guided beautifully, the instructors are knowledgeable and very mindful of their students. I really enjoy coming here, especially when I need a good workout when the gym and grappling aren't cutting it. Thank you sweatstar you've made a yogi out of me!

Went there for my first time last night and had an instructor named Leyla. I had to leave class 10 minutes early because I felt like I was going to faint. I had tried laying down on my mat for 5 minutes before leaving the room but I still felt dizzy and like I was going to pass out. Leyla proceeded to tell me 5 times to stay and on my mat. My friend brought me my water bottle and when Leyla approached us, my friend said she wanted to make sure I was okay and had some water. Leyla snapped “she’s fine”. Horrible experience and I’m surprised that an instructor wouldn’t understand someone needing to leave the room if the heat is too much. I get that people getting up is disruptive to class but it wasn’t just me feeling too hot and I needed to leave. Horrible experience and I would never recommend anyone to go here.

We heard such good things about this place and 10 friends and I all went to a class together. We all LOVED it! Jennifer was an amazing teacher. Personally, I left feeling calm, collected, as if a weight was lifted from me. I'll definitely be going back. I fully recommend this place! Thank you Sumits!

I have been going to Sumits Yoga RSM for many years. The instructors are so genuine and personable. Super great studio and wonderful locker room and showers. It has gotten me through many things in my life, from the passing of my father, to raising my children. It has grounded me and been such a benefit to my health. I am so grateful for them!

Excellent studio and great workouts. I've been going for two years now twice a week. It is a great way for me to build my core, focus on balance, and condition my body for running in the heat of SoCal.

Love this studio. The teachers are friendly and professional. The classes will leave you sweating! Be sure to bring your own yoga mat, towel, and plenty of water. These are available to borrow for a class but at a price.

Music is too loud. Not in alignment with what Yoga is all about...Left with a splitting headaches from the noise. Sounds like they crank it up to 100 on a scale of 1-10. After 2 weeks of this,I quit and my ears are still ringing!
