I've been coming to The Camp in Whittier for over two years, and it continues to be one of the best parts of my weekly routine. What stands out the most is the structure... I show up at a specific time, finish at a specific time, and I'm guided through the entire workout. Even though I have a general sense of what to do at the gym, I really value not having to plan anything out. The structure keeps me consistent and accountable.
The trainers are excellent, detail-oriented, professional, and they keep a close eye on your form to make sure you're getting the most out of every workout. The environment is supportive and motivating, and the community feel makes it easy to stay engaged.
If you're looking for a place that offers a structured approach, great coaching, and a real sense of community, I highly recommend checking it out.

Been a member for 16 mos. Love the HIIT program, great trainers & staff, Camp culture & members all very supportive. If I was more consistent w/ my classes & eat/drink habits Iād undoubtedly be stronger & thinner. I def feel & look stronger! Though imperfect, Camp membership keeps me from engaging in increased unhealthy habits. Loving my Camp experience & absolutely no plans on leaving, quitting or discontinuing my membership!

I've been here for over a year now, and I've seen changes with my body. You're always getting some type of full body workout so my old aches and pains started going away with the constant movement and muscle building. The team running the show are kind and funny so its an easy environment to be a part of.

I've completed two challenges since September and it's been such a great experience. I receive so much support and motivation from the trainers, staff and camp director. The group setting workouts have been very beneficial since it has always been hard for me to know what workouts to do on my own. It's definitely a great atmosphere to workout alongside the other campers who are on a similar journey.
