I really wanted to make a push to improve my fitness so I decided to look into a personal trainer. I had an intro call and was recommended Mike. It has been a pleasure training with Mike the past few months! He gives a perfect blend of encouragement to push me past what I think I can do while also listening to me and my body concerns. I'm working through a small hand injury and his knowledge allows us to workaround it while still getting a great exercise session in. He's also just fun to be around with a super positive attitude. Would recommend to anyone looking for a personal trainer that will push you to meet your fitness goals!

My personal trainer Yolanda Marquez at the Fix studio is exceptional. I was feeling weak and out of shape when I started with her in 2024 , and after 8 months of training with her, I felt like a new person ! She always gave me exercises and adjusted our workout on the areas that I would like to focus on. She was always so supportive and patient with me. Even though I have been suffering from sciatica nerve pain for years now , she was able to train me successfully around my health limitations and transform me into being strong and energetic again. Our workouts were always fun and time would fly by by engaging in pleasant conversations. I could not recommend Yolanda enough!!!

I've been training intermittently at The Fix for years, and have always loved the feel of the gym - it is small, clean and professional. I've been more consistent with training for the last two years, thanks in large part to a trainer that I was well-matched with: Chermayne. She has both the knowledge and commitment of a trainer tasked to keep me motivated and healthy, while being friendly and so fun! I look forward to all of our workouts, and it has changed my mindset about exercising in the most positive way! Her workouts are well thought out, organized, and challenging. If you want a trainer who’s equal parts coach, motivational speaker, and part-time comedian, you need Chermayne at The Fix Studio.

She’s been my trainer since 2023, and my health has never been better. She’s Hawaiian sunshine in human form, always upbeat, which definitely helps at 7 a.m. Her happy-go-lucky energy is so constant I can’t decide if she’s my trainer or just a very cheerful Energizer Bunny in disguise.

She’s also dedicated, always learning the latest fitness research to fine-tune my workouts. She helped me get stronger, and now we’re tackling weight loss. But don’t think it’s all serious science—sessions with her are also comedy shows. She’ll get distracted, lose count of my reps (always when they’re the hardest 👀), and then showers me with a nonstop chorus of “Good job! Good job!” until I finally give her the side-eyes 😂.

But here’s the thing: even with the chaos, Chermayne knows exactly what she’s doing. She motivates me, keeps me accountable, and somehow makes sweating buckets feel fun.

If you want a trainer who’ll push you, cheer you on, occasionally forget what number you’re on, and still make every workout the highlight of your day—Chermayne’s your girl.

I cannot recommend working with Yolanda ENOUGH - she is incredibly thoughtful with her workouts, and she really helped me look at fitness + nutrition in a gentler way. I have been going to The Fix to see Yolanda since early 2022 and couldn’t have imagined a better personal trainer for myself! She has built up my confidence with exercise and improved my own self image with my body. She takes safety and form seriously and if something isn’t feeling right that day she is quick to adapt to something that feels better.

During my time with Yolanda I have gone through pregnancy and c-section recovery and she has been phenomenal at supporting through both. She researched and adapted exercises to tailor them to my specific symptoms and changes in ability. At 8 months postpartum, I have felt back to normal for several months and I know that is because of Yolanda’s care in helping me slowly strengthen my core and the rest of my body. She is also very flexible schedule wise and will do her best to reschedule rather than skip sessions if I can’t make one for whatever reason.

The Fix itself is a great place as well - small but has plenty of different equipment, easy parking, clean, and the vibes are friendly and chill. All the trainers there seem knowledgeable, supportive, and friendly, but I will never stop seeing Yolanda :)

Training here 3x a week with my at home workout instead of my usual 4x a week solo gym and home workouts have made my progression exactly what I wanted. The Fix is a great training space & studio. I worked with Yolanda Marquez, who is extremely knowledgeable, empathetic & supportive. We scheduled time when the gym was pretty quiet, and it was a great environment. Equipment is comprehensive and kept clean and organized, and the trainers all seemed very competent. I was already focused on health and wellness when Yolanda became my coach. She's super nice to work with - very communicative, as flexible as she can and she's super responsible for every client. All of the trainers are super friendly.The gym equipment new, kept in great repair, routinely cleaned by the trainers after every use. I have been working out here with Yolanda for the last 2 years. I have been working with Kofi multiple times a week for nearly two years and I don't have anything but positives things to say about him and the entire team at The Fix.

The equipment and spaces are always clean and well organized. The environment is extremely welcoming and inclusive - it's a completely judgement free zone.

Kofi is extremely knowledgeable on all things fitness and is always able and willing to take the extra time to answer questions and walk me through different exercises that I don't quite understand. I've noticed, in the past, some trainers will sit around and tell their clients what to do throughout their sessions, but Kofi has never once sat by and been distracted by his phone while we've worked out. I have his attention the entire way through our sessions.

I've gotten noticeably stronger and healthier - both mentally and physically. I wouldn't have been able to do it without Kofi and the rest of the team at The Fix.

I lost around 40 pounds in 6 months using the program I was given by Connor, my trainer. From my initial consultation to my training sessions, Connor has shown incredible attention and commitment. He is able to adapt to any precondition, new injury, or scheduling conflict you may have. Connor is a great teacher and is able to explain the purpose of every movement. You truly “learn how to exercise” and do so in a way that is challenging, fulfilling, and can be replicated on your own.
