I love this place and the instructor. Bill does an amazing job working with the kids and teaches them not only self discipline but defense techniques which is extremely important for children to attain. I will never take my child to another martial arts provider. This is by far the best experience we have had. Thank you Bill!!!!

Best martial arts gym in my opinion! Everyone feels like family (that will beat you up, but still family). I love the way the kids feel like they have a safe outlet and Bill treats them like his own and is there for them whenever they need a solid adult to listen to them. So glad we found this place! 🙌

I cannot say enough good things about this martial arts school. My daughter has been training here for years and she absolutely loves it. The benefits have been immeasurable. Sensei Bill is a fantastic, patient teacher with high expectations for his students. Great with children of all ages. Newcomers are always made to feel welcome.

The Golden State Sports Club my opinion there's not a finer facility in Redding area since a Harris runs a real clean facility family-orientated A Real Fine Place you're willing to work harder the facility also has century fighting equipment which idealistically is one of the best in the world when it comes to martial art products mr. Harris is well knowledged when it comes to these things I'm looking forward to when I can go back and visit the gold state Sports Club again it's well worth it

Awesome training environment. Very knowledgeable instructors. You do not need to have any background in martial arts. This is a perfect place for both beginners and experienced fighters. They do weekly sparring for kickboxing which is a cool way to check out the gym. Bill also offers the first class free so you can always try it out no risk. I highly recommend this gym.
